It has been reported that the president of Kyrgyz has arrived in St. Petersburg, and was greeted by the mayor Georgy Poltavchenko. Still no sign of Putin.

Today, March 15, 2015, the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev arrived in the city of St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation, where he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

President Almazbek Atambayev and President Vladimir Putin will discuss topical issues of Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation, the implementation of joint projects, as well as prospects for further cooperation, including in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Also notable to mention that this picture was taken by Sultan Dosaliev, who is the official photographer of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. So it wasn't put out by the Russians.

Easy, which other Government officials are unaccounted for? Has there been any massive activities in any outlaying cities? Any air traffic where there shouldn't be?

I'm just speculating that the seat of government in Russia is in the process of a move. My main point was that by asking journalist to stick around, it ties them up waiting for a story when another story is happening under their nose.

If you examine the two pictures they are from two different meetings. Don't look at the people, but rather the small details around them. Things like the papers, the table top, and even the placement of the national flag are different between the two pictures.

I'll go back and check the group of pics.

We should know something today for sure. If Putin doesn't show up for this meeting then I feel that's even more evidence pointing to a coup have taken place.

No, there are important differences. The chairs are different. And there's a Wacom tablet pen in it's vertical holder in the more recent pictures that isn't in the older picture.

I found some pictures of the Russian cosmonauts returning from the ISS.

The pictures aren't dated, however in one of them there is a sign that says March 12, 2015.

Was this planned? Have they been replaced by other Russians or have they abandoned the ISS?

Edit: I ask because I am ignorant of most ISS happenings.. is this normal? Also they returned via a re-entry pod. I figured that if they had been replaced that the other cosmonauts would have ridden the shuttle back down.
