They were never there: Russia's silence for families of troops killed in Ukraine

Don't even know why such threads prop up in the first place. Russia, Russians and official Russian troops and weapons are very much involved in majority of action that is taking place in Ukraine.

What is the problem? Kiev forces are attacking the civilians without any discrimination so Russia have to do something to protect ethnic and Russian speaking peoples.

A truly patriotic Kiev leader and group of leaders should have long ago "yanked" itself out of the civil war, given independence to NovoRossiya and focused on own affairs and future. Both parts, west and east in Ukraine have pretty much come to standstill in terms of economic and social growth. Stupid leaders should understand that one to one they cannot stand upto certain powers like US, Russia, China etc.

It has been nearly 1 year with 6 months of very bloody and destructive fighting in this civil war and Kiev has not seen any support from west, EU or US. If that happens, then Kremlin will "warm up" other theaters that western forces are involved in and then it will become quite painful for the western interests. Time for Junta to bring the shutters down on the war show and walk away from losses incurred so far.

I would not say that Russians are not being sent to Ukraine, I think that they are, to combat the mercenaries being sent in from the various NATO states financed by various NGO's.

The Geneva Convention bans crimes against humanity and it seems the leaders who have been getting orders from NATO to shell innocent civilians for no reason are also not prosecuted...but an interview with some captured soldiers is worse of course.

secondly Russians already gave 20 million lives, albeit for Stalin so its iffy if they were killed by the Axis forces or Stalin himself.

3rd I have never seen any military encounter where the US / NATO has engaged Russian military forces in a war. Kind of hard to "defeat" a nation militarily when no war ever occurred. Although I guess we could view the cold war as a win since it resulted in the collapse of the USSR.

Question about this statement -

If American mercenary forces were in Ukraine don't you think some would have been killed or captured? Would Pro Russians / Russian media not show them on tv like they do with the Ukrainians they capture?

Blackwater types are surely in Kiev region doing the training etc. but they are not in Donbass atleast in the front few layers.

What is active in the front is surely Barret M-82s with effective range of 1.8 kms and maximum 5km+. This is a fearsome sniper rifle, with long range.

Russia surely needs to not only match such items but also outnumber them in supplies to the NAF.

If they are there we would be seeing them paraded on pro Russian russian TV in a parade. Like they do with Ukrainians they capture.

The entire situation is nothing but patriotic forces of Ukraine rising up against those evil Ruskies who bided their time until this very moment to work towards a global conflict with NATO.

Anything to the contrary shall be debunked or not reported.

It is obvious that Putins ambitions for global dominance has resulted in Russian bases scattered across the globe.

Throughout the past 3 decades it has been Russias military murdering millions throughout the middle east, while simultaneously oppressing and intimidating all of their neighbors. They even came up with a game plan called Operation Gladio that called for terrorist attacks across Europe in order to make sure that America did not rise to dominance.

For what it's worth, I just spent the last week playing music with a Ukrainian from Kiev. He's younger, very intelligent and seems to have his finger on the pulse of young adults around him. We talked at length about the situation and he is adamant that the vibe with everyone he knows is that the west brought this whole thing on in more ways than one, and that they still have their hands deep in the conflict as we speak. He also said that the new government is worse than the old one. I'm pretty sure he's not a KGB agent, though he is suspiciously good at drumming.

On a second tip, as I've been traveling abroad the last month, I've spent most of the last month with Russians and they too are amazing people. It's a reminder that though our governments are constantly sparring for global influence, it really has nothing to do with us, and I choose to love Russians as a people.

The more I watch American and Russian propaganda, the more they start to look identical to me. They're both diabolical political entities with a tightly sealed propaganda-fed citizenry. It really makes me wonder if the top dogs in both governments are not friends behind closed doors. That might explain why every war ever is a proxy...'let's act like we hate each other and destroy someone else's country in the process'...
