After being on this site for a few years.
Rather easy to see 'self radicalization' in progress.
Just take a look back through this thread, with so-called "liberals" demanding all Muslims be treated like criminals, that they're all responsible for murder, even that people should be rounded up and killed!
Radicalization isn't reserved for militant Islam, it's happening right here and pushing people to a far-right nationalism that is both incredibly ignorant and quite scary to see in co-called "free and democratic" nations like ours.
I honestly hope some of the right-wingers expressing dangerous things on here are now on watch lists, they deserve to be, I consider them more of a threat to my rights and freedoms than a peaceful Muslim citizen.
Emotional Ahmed apologizes for terrorist crimes: 'It is not who I am'
As his relatives sobbed, convicted terrorist Misbahuddin Ahmed apologized Wednesday for his crimes, saying he “cherished” being Canadian and the freedoms that Canadians enjoy.
“I am sorry for the hurt my actions have caused my family, my community and my fellow Canadians,” said Ahmed, his voice shaking with emotion. “I am humbled by the support I have received.”
The 31-year-old father of three young daughters said he had abandoned his extremist views and told his sentencing hearing: “It is not who I am. I will never do anything like this again.”
Crown prosecutors are calling for a 20-year penitentiary sentence for Ahmed, rejecting defence claims that the former Ottawa Hospital worker was less of a terrorist and more of a naïve dupe.
"Mr. Ahmed was committed to violent jihad,” he said. “There is no evidence that his extremists beliefs have been attenuated or extinguished.”
A jury convicted Ahmed, a former diagnostic imaging technician, of two terrorist-related offences — conspiracy to commit a terrorist offence and participating in the activities of a terrorist group.
He was acquitted of the most serious of the charges against him, explosive device possession.

Kinda of like the peaceful one that just attacked multiple targets in Canada? Or the one that ran over a couple soldiers? You mean those kind of peaceful Muslims?
Wake up! Sucks that certain things need to be done to protect others, but I haven't seen a single "peaceful" Muslim try to push the radicals out.
So is your suggestion just to sit back and let happen whatever happens?
Mine is to profile the hell out of that community and ferret out every last one. No need to kill them...just find them. We have to quit being so PC about this crap....doing nothing and being lazy is what they count on...that and using the laws of other countries to their favor.

Here's a thought to get the conspiracy juices flowing. Why are they showing that particular picture and where did they get it? If they know who he is and he's already got a record, then how come they're not showing his mug shot instead? Something does smell off about this.

So home grown 'terrorist'.
Every western country has that problem.
And it is fueled by the 'internets'.
So convenient isn't it?
For anyone wanting complete control over the internet anyway.
Enjoy your posting freedom while it lasts.
I have an idea it won't last much longer.
Most of the people who are fighting the Muslim extremists are Muslims themselves
