My feeling is that as long as there are humans left on this earth, we have the opportunity to change.

Quite true and a much more optimistic view than I can lay claim to. I guess for me it's as long as there are humans on earth we will never have whirled peas. At least if the last 6000 plus years of history is anything to go by. But what's that old saying? Hope springs eternal, I think I need a drink as well.

So we have pomegranates and avocado's for lunch but where's the beef? I'll need a slab of roast beef to go with all that fiber. And maybe a frosty mug of that watered down American beer.

The coffee is on dear friend and thank you for the basket of pomegranates.

You do like a dark roast, I use a little walnut bark soaked in Honey ground to a powder and just dusted over the grounds.
Some times in the winter I'll use pine cone seeds ground to powder and mixed with cinnamon and spread over the grounds.
I only use an old Percolator coffee pot, I think they make the best coffee plus the smell is Heavenly!

Long story short.
I think it WAY past time that far more numerous moderates stand up to the idiotic and loud minority of their particular grouping.
And tell them, "You do not speak for me. And I refuse to allow you to plunge this world into further chaos and conflict just because you cannot stand for others to disagree with you."
It's something everyone needs to do Atheists, Christians, Muslims, etc etc etc.
And that is exactly what I am trying to do.

The thing I see about religion, there's to much of it.
Just take what ever it is YOU, Believe and keep it to your circle of friends or family.
OK, Just because the cities have had the Ten Commandments on the wall or a statue of Christ or the Virgin Mary does not mean Atheist have to Prove their Place in City Hall by have a Black Mass or a Statue of Satan or What Ever.

Just let it be and your religion of choice will gain much more respect.
That is just my opinion.
The Muslim Religion is to Fragmented,there can never be rest in that religion.
Not until the Men are taken out of the Key Roles as Policy Makers and Interpreters of their Koran.

The Wreath of Khan it is! I just loved Ricardo as Khan. He had just the right attitude for a Homo Superior augment Makes me wonder just what all the current scientists are doing mucking about with human DNA.

@guohua ehh.. I may have left the bar unattended while you were out. I'm sure nobody drank anything without putting it on Charles tab.

Speaking of Charles my wall shows him logged in but his profile shows him offline. He may have popped in but then read the U2U I sent him last night about an idea for the upcoming show, which in turn led him to run for the hills.

@HarbingerOfShadows As I'm like a total anarchist I probably shouldn't comment on moderates. In fact I'm not even sure what moderate means anymore.

Yes, I seen that Dear Charles had poked his head in, put who did he leave a note with that he's OK?

The last I heard he was going to visit his mother and he was going to tell her Hello from all of us here at Hernando's.

Then we have Expat, now there's a mystery.
I'm very worried something has happened to his family members or member.
The last time he poked his head in was on the 27th of last month. Not like our friend to just disappear.

Yeah Expat as well.

Not to mention EyesOpenMouthShut who hasn't logged on to ATS since the 22nd of last month. Don't get me wrong I understand that life sometimes get in the way of ATS but I hope they're OK.

I mean I was gone for a while with my internet shut off, moving and no way to even connect but hopefully that hasn't happened to everyone.
