i have lived in Israel and there has NEVER BEEN a non-violent Palestinian Authority! THAT IS A LIE! I also now do not believe that you are a Rabbi. Probably some paid government shill to pass along DISINFORMATION. During the years I lived there, Arafat CONTINUALLY stated that he would drive the Jews into the Sea. Until he died of AIDS. There were a CONSTANT STREAM of incursions that ended up in murderous mayhem at the hands of MERCILESS terrorists who blew up cars, who blew up themselves, who blew up entire busloads of innocent citizens of Israel. I don't know what PLANET you're living on buddy, but you are WAY off the mark.

I had friends on all sides of the fence, Christians, Bedouins, and Palestinians. Some of them are very warm and kind and good hearted. Certainly not ALL of them. But I saw some cruelties on both sides. My eyes were clearly opened.

But this HAMAS led government in Philistia, cares not for the lives of the Palestinians, nor their very lives... Their ideologies are to just to die, and in doing so will bring praise to their god.

SIGH... such a warped and twisted way of thinking and living. Where is there to be found ANY joy, ANY happiness, ANY peace... When you're steeped in animosity towards ALL races,ALL creeds, and just wish to plunder and murder everyone in your path??? It makes no sense to me. After hearing the diatribe from the Hamas Leader's son who defected and became a Christian, he paints a very stark picture of the darkness that leads their lives.

I was saddened a number of times watching people be unkind to one another. I just didn't get it. Better to at least try to get along, and there are numbers of Jewish people who get along wonderfully with the Greek/Arab Palestinians. For that is their true heritage. They originally came from Greece.

The Romans named them Palestine after the failed revolt that drove us out of our land into the Great Diaspora.

But I suppose there was a plan that G-d had for us all in this...

Now we see that Israel feared the move to peace when the HAMAS and moderate Palestinians were ready to move to peace as Jimmy Carter relates.

The Israelis went berserk and started this slaughter in order to wreck this movement towards peace.

I don't think Israel is violating the teachings of Judaism.

I have cross referenced verses in Talmud relating to the treatment of Gentiles and they are doing exactly what is told in their religion regarding the treatment of Gentiles.

Talmud is the most authoritative book in Judaism and its teachings have existed in the times of Jesus through the Pharisees.

It is believed in Talmud that Gentiles are sub-humans and can be exploited/harmed without consequences to their religion. An act that would be sin against a Jew is not a sin against a Gentile.


Talmud is not the most authoritative book in the bible, nor is it part of the bible. It is a man made commentary on the bible, and is man made interpretation of the commands given in the bible. Jesus castigated the Pharisees for putting greater credence on the traditions of men rather than GOD's word. Talmud is the traditions and teachings of men.

The Bible (Torah/Tanakh) teaches very clearly to honour the alien/stranger in the land.
Not every jew/religious Jew holds to the teachings of Talmud. Not every Talmud says the same thing.

This thread is nothing but pushing "Jewish Guilt" just as others on the left like to push "White Guilt" around so you have to feel ashamed for defending yourself, your family, your right to equality if you are white or Jewish in this case. Look it's very simple. As long as there are Arabs hating Jews there will be a conflict. As long as those Arabs attack Israel, then Israel will defend themselves, and as long as Arabs want to play the victim card by changing history and using innocent civilians as human shields there will be shills on the left to push their line and throw monkey poo at Israel.

Sort of reminds me of how in America dozens of blacks are killed nightly in Chicago and no one gives a damn, but let one white person defend themselves when a black attacks them and suddenly you have TV full of the race baiters. They don't care about the black community and Arabs don't care about the innocent civilians dying. It's all fodder for their hate games.

That anti-semite, Jimmy Carter, who has ALWAYS demonstrated a severe hatred of the Jews, whom I remember quite fervently as a child, gave the Egyptians enough diabolical weaponry to choke a camel, and who STILL just can't seem to put the brakes on the hate bombs, and lambasts Israel at EVERY opportunity. Though the other group of speakers, who strongly condemn (the actions and deeds of Israel) can’t be anti-Semites since they are Jews.

I imagine if God curses those who curse Israel then he has cursed himself.
