talk about good timing for the photo
Talk about perfect evidence for war crimes.
RIP innocent souls.
The bomb is at an angle. It is headed somewhere down the street, not at the corner filled with people. Judging by the Hamas flags and the barricaded road, I wouldnt be surprised to find there was a building being used by Hamas down the street. Don't worry though. It's still possible that Hamas was using a school or mosque, and you can bring up the war crimes angle again.

Is there any evidence that Israel is actually bombing Hamas?

Actually, you just illustrated collateral damage with your shrapnel analogy.
Collateral damage is to war crimes what manslaughter is to murder. The distinction lies with intent.
Not sure why, but a lot of people seem to think that sometime between the signing of the Geneva convention and the invention of the internet, war stopped being a horrific endeavor.

Because Hamas knows where they shoot off and store their rockets and thus know where the retaliation will fall.

When Israel is using bombs loaded up with these then is intent is to get as much "collateral damage" as possible.

Again...the way to understand this is to picture an innocent middle class family in any place in America. Heavily armed terrorists set up a missle launcher right out side this families house. The air force destroys the house and the family inside. Terrorists escape to do the same thing again.

excellent question!
for a moment I thought you're joking but with so many dead civilians it may seem like when they kill Hamas fighters it's collateral damage.
