From your link,

politicsanditsdiscontents.blogspot.co.uk...

SATURDAY, AUGUST 2, 2014 Is the Washington Post Even Trying Anymore?

My brother sent me a link to a photo-essay in The Washington Post said to depict an Israeli airstrike in Gaza.

It's a nice story as these things go. The homeowner receives a friendly call from Israelis telling him to get out of the building immediately as it's about to be attacked. The fellow gets all his family and relatives out to safety. No one killed, no one injured, building destroyed. No harm, no foul - sort of.

Except, if you look carefully at the photos, something isn't right. This looks doctored, staged

What do you see in those pictures? Photo 1 shows what appears to be a laser-guided bomb, a 500-pounder, just a second before impact. Look at the street scene. Find the lightpost on the left side with a tire on it and use that for your frame of reference. Notice the off-white van and the yellow car in the street.

Photo 2, the van and car have disappeared. In their place are two rows of tires apparently blocking the street. There appears to be a crew on the sidewalk to the right with another tire, apparently unconcerned.

Photo 3, a wider street scene shot from a safer distance showing the fireball of the missile. Again the tires are in place.

Photo 4, the tires are gone but that van and yellow car are back.

How did the tire crew know that this particular house was going to be targeted? The owner said he had a matter of minutes from the warning call until the arrival of the first bomb. How do you get the tire crew and the tires deployed on site with no advance warning?

Why did they have to use the same prop van and prop yellow car, posed side by side, in the before and after photos? That just beggars belief. I think what we're seeing here is second-rate propaganda intended to further the narrative that Israel isn't targeting Palestinian civilians. Close, but no cigar.

I'm just curious if anyone else has reviewed this alternative perspective.

I thought someone might find it worth discussing anyway.

The tail section has folding fin stabilizers that pop out after release. It looks like its moving away from the camera because it is slightly, following a ballistic trajectory from the aircraft.

Yes, I did read it, and that's why I posted the link to be honest. It was because that first picture in the OP looked 'odd' to me, which is why I googled the pic to find it's origins, and came across that blog site.

I'm sure that if this is the real deal that it was an accident due to faulty pins or some other mechanical item.
Just like the schools were accidents, and the power station and the hospitals and...
War criminals every one of them.
Will they too just claim they were following orders, as their forefathers did?
Nitwityahoo has gone insane.

The photos seem kind of weird to me too. I just don't understand how the makeshift tire blockade seems to appear and disappear. Also the white van and yellow car seem to appear and disappear.

Each photo is taken from a different location on the street, and how did the photographer happen to be snapping photos in the exact direction while everyone else panicking?

I'm not claiming anything just a bit confused.

I think the order of the pictures are obviously jumbled up. If you look at picture 1, picture 4 should be the obvious one to follow it. There is someone on the left about to cross the road, and still in position in picture 4, and the horse and cart are still there, and the chappy ducking behind the white car on the right.

Different cameras, I'm sure many people could hear it coming.
Dropping bombs is as much a psy-op as a destructive tool.
The people not paying attention have simply decided to not fear the inevitable.
Kinda like "What is Dead May Never Die".

talk about good timing for the photo

Talk about perfect evidence for war crimes.

RIP innocent souls.

The bomb is at an angle. It is headed somewhere down the street, not at the corner filled with people. Judging by the Hamas flags and the barricaded road, I wouldnt be surprised to find there was a building being used by Hamas down the street. Don't worry though. It's still possible that Hamas was using a school or mosque, and you can bring up the war crimes angle again.

some people say different cameras but I'm gonna wager different bombs? its the same corner but like 10 minutes apart maybe? idk.. definite discrepancies tho. pic 1 and 4 work and 2 and 3 work but not all 4 together.

Great thread, I suggest putting all the pictures in succession as it falls and hits the buildings.
After all there are those that are going to call it fake because they can without even going to the link to check it out.

dude its a 2000lb bunker buster basically in one of the most densely populated area's of the world, are you for real! and you can bring up the whole human shield angle again but its a bit hard not to hit randoms with this gear, but as long as your PR guys keep spinning the angle we're cool with that right

Ok, fair enough.
But next time when bomb hit the building down the block from where you are stationed, and shrapnel hit you in the forehead, please stop by again here and post the same thing.
I would still call it a war crime, but will you say collateral damage?

Why is everyone looking in a different direction?

Maybe looking at another explosion, they usually don't come in a single pack.
