And in regards to bombs with flechettes, i do not like those what so ever. Just a cruel addition to an already terrible weapon to be near.

be aware that both sides uses the internet as propaganda tool and both sides also known to add or remove stuff from a photograph to prove their point.

You can tell it is no where near these people because a GBU10 is over 14 feet (over 4 1/2 meters) long...this thing is going for a specific target...

If Israel wanted to be done with all this BS they would simple invade Gaze and the West bank and deport all of the so called "palestinians" to Jordan and Egypt. There problem solved. If the rest of the Arab countries are so worried and concerned about the palestinians then why is it that they do not offer them a home? Why is it that Jordan or Syria or Egypt not putting out the welcome wagon for the poor palestinians and offering them a place to live? What a great way for an Arab leader to show how awesome he is by creating a vast development for the displaced palestinians to live in. Prove to the world that they are the real humanitarians that they claim to be? You know why that will never happen? Because that leader would be shot 3 days after he announced it? Why? because the Muslim world HATES Jews. They make no illusions about it. Well as far as I am concerned Gaza is a legitimate military target as long as its filled with terrorist animals who launch rockets from school houses.

its really not going to miss, even if its a few meters off its going to put that rocket platform out of business.

chances of civilians getting messed up is high though, those bombs are pretty big and the resulting explosion pretty huge esp in a dense population.

i dont think bombs as large as 2000 lb are appropriate in that sort of area, the accuracy is practically irrelevant.

It is true that ALL religions are the root of all Evil and Problems begin on the Earth in the stages of SCRIPT-URE.

It is indeed the tool that causes separation and lack of truth and ensures those that are bonded by them stay that way FOREVER.

The ones controlling all the sides in this, however have a complete lack of religion, but a VERY good understanding of how to maintain Control.

I just want to clarify the actual bomb being used. I don't think it's a 2000 lb., the shape doesn't seem to indicated that it's any kind of penetration bomb (which would normally be long and slender since I believe they are made from howitzer barrels), I can't tell at all if there's a penetrator tip on there.

The Paveway system, as I understand it, is a precision delivery suite rather than a particular model of bomb. These are lazer guided (by the aircraft delivering it, another aircraft, or by ground 'painting' by troops) munitions. The idea is that the bomb drops EXACTLY where you point it. There are 250 lb. GBUs, and there are 2000 lb. GBUs. Plus everything in between. From the picture I can't tell the size.

Sorry to be pedantic, but insisting that this is a 2000 lb. ground penetrating (bunker buster, runway etc.) bomb isn't necessarily true. What is true is that this bomb will likely hit whatever they intended it to hit.

Lets go back to basics.
Did Hamas invade Israel? No, Israel invaded Gaza, on completely fabricated grounds!
No matter how you spin this, Israel is the aggressor, and Hamas is simply defending itself.
Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians, deliberately targeting children in their sleep. Indiscriminately bombing the # out of palestine. I have no sympathy for Israel. None.
If they knew the Arabs hated Jews, why on earth did they agree to move to an already occupied land where they knew they weren't welcome? It's incredibly foolish and unnecessary.

Actually if you want to get technical it was the arabs who started this mess when they went after the newly formed israel in the first place. According to evidence though Israel went in on More than one reason but the kidnapped kids was just one of them that got the most traction.

BOTH SIDES are DISHONEST though. One of my friends got killed by a hamas rocket while out getting cofee for her commander so do not try to tell me about they have a right to defend themselves. Attacking soldiers who really have no choice to be in the israeli forces or face trouble. She was a freaking secretary basically and was literally weeks from finishing her turn in their non volunteer military(for the most part) but noooo. some jerk off fired a few rockets hitting the place she went to. I dislike BOTH sides with equal disdain. I just dislike geneva convention violating ,hide behind civies to get mor e sympathy,cowardly gunmen who are proxies of egypts and irans muslim brotherhoods more.

Im no expert but while its clearly a paveway, it looks too short to be a 2000 lb-er

They are guiding, very accurate and very able to take out a building. I just doubt that it would be used in that sort of area.

Other then protests, what is the rest of the Arab world doing to help the Palestinian civilians? That's right nothing. The Arabs do not care for the Palestinians, their lack of action proves that.
