Damn spice smuggling from Kessle. A scurge of the galaxy the emperial forces are valiently fighting.

Our brave troopers on board the Relentless and the perils of their selfless duty to the galactic citizens.

m.youtube.com...

Also, poll. Who here sides with the Imperials and who the rebels? Also. To the members. Think zaph favors the efficiency of the Tie Advanced model or the X wing.

For me. Imperials all the way.

Seriously though for a good 45 min break watch the video linked. The folks who produced it did a hell of a job and its narrated by optimus prime.

Hypermach Aerospace seems to have something interesting going on there.

Like the quiet boom side of things, but not where i was going this time.

The green means something is going on. It has great benefits.

Ahhh ok.

well...... I thought it was interesting they had plasma actuators on the skin of the craft.

Could be used for other things.....

No your right. Thats worth looking into and relevant. Im just saying theres something cooler than that going on with the new engine designs thats worth pondering. If ypur trying yo minimize your presence. Speed helps. Reducing your radar signature helps. What else is a hazard radar return wise besides the aircraft. Youd want to reduce your aural signature and booms. What other signature would you like to reduce? Whats a Novel innovative way to do that?

Rebels. Been watching the cartoons (the clone wars, rebels) and think I side with them. Too many droids doing dumb things in the Imperial army. But yeah, like the tie fighters! Y wings were just made out to be like the A-10 in the last or so episode of rebels.

And is it taste?? (The other signature you would want to hide?) lol...

Yeah. B wings though. They had way more payload and survivability to a y wing. But not syre how a b wing wouod do outdide of a bomber roll. I suoed up y wing with faster engines and better shield would make a good a10 type platform. A wings underpowered in the firepower features. But speed and light a2a missiles great for intercepting, breaking up bomber attack runs and buy time so x wings smash em.

The b wing was a attack/bomber star fighter. And did well in that roll.

it was not as maneuverable as the other fighters and was tricky to fly.

Heat sig no?

They are cooling the exhaust?

I will give you a BIG HINT for the Green Lady and the other two aircraft
that use similar technologies.....Their contrails produced during certain
weather conditions look like A SIDEWAYS TORNADO, they are vortexes
created by some unusual engine function whcih I can only take a guess at!

From 1990 to 1995, one of the SR71 replacements was doing a run
at 3400 MPH (5150 KMH) with either a Pulse Jet-style engine or some
of the newer-at-the-time "Virtual Aerospike Engine" where a huge
electrical field could be extended forward of the intakes to create
an Aerospike to optimize intake of air for combustion with probably
a Methane-based fuel (my guess!). That is from some of my older sources.
(I have no personal confirmation of that though!)

Now CERTAIN OF YOU KNOW I got this one below
right-on-the-money ..... !

files.abovetopsecret.com...

This is a nice older design which formed the basis for some
of the NEWER quieter aircraft.

Boeing "Quiet Bird":

I thought I'd give these goodies!

Hey good work with the less uppercase screaming text. Its an improvement. Small one but a start. Keep working at it. Eventually ypull get it right. Heres an analogy. Its much like dialing in the perfect microwave time for your hotpockets. Sometimes "potato" is too much and you need to pop the door a half minute early for that perfectly nuked hotpocket.

As for your posted pics...um no...not for the greenlady.

Glad to know youre totally lost on this one.

I actually knew the first image is technically a drone and not the Green Lady.

The quiet bird was a historical blast form the past
where I didn't know the twin tail design was big
even in the 1960's....

But I suggest looking at these VERY GENERAL CONCEPTS:

One of the planforms has gotta be CLOSE
ENOUGH to the design of the Green Lady:

Possible Green Lady Planform designs:

This is an interesting enigma, the green color. Even supposing the power plant is some form of TBCC it doesn´t help with the color. Nor with the focused like exhaust. Just fantasizing it may have some additive to the fuel that gets ionized (plasma combustor) in order to have an excess of charge in the process and then it is passed through an MHD accelerator increasing thrust without doing so with fuel consumption. What element could get bright green without combusting it but via discharge ionization of its electrons?

====

Colour is matter of Reflection, Emission and Absorption
so The Green colour could be a Mix of Red and Yellow
so two fuels burning at less than 1200 to 1400 degrees Celcius
(Ammonia-laced or Methane-laced fuels would do that!)

A direct emission of light (like a computer display)
would mean active photon generation and for green
or green-white plasma colours, I would say something like
Chlorine Gas (Cl2) or Carbon Tetrachloride (which ironically
can be used as a refrigerant! - i.e. Engine Cooling!) and
since CCL4 is a "Halomethane" it falls into the
same areas as pure Methane (CH4) so again,
I am saying some Methane or Ammonium-laced (i.e.NH4)
fuel is being used not just boron-laced ZIP fuel.

There are also pulsed plasma discharges
coming from electrified plates that are
"pulsed" at specific rates such that certain
colours may become more pronounced than
others. It would tell you the ENERGY level being
used if you tried a similar experimental setup.
Kinda works like a plasma welder!

---

There have been early 1990's experiments to
create vaned-sidewall compressors that look
suspiciously like parts in a Dyson vacuum
cleaner in which propellant/exhaust
was confined to the outer walls much
like a spinning vortex (i.e. tornado)
I never did hear back as to how
far along those projects went.

That type of configuration would account
for the huge "Sideways Tornado" exhaust
contrails I have recently seen where it
looks as twisted as a Christmas candy cane!

This isnt something you can google fu and hope something sticks to the wall. You gotta actually stop and think for a second. Use the clues and think.

Don't actually need to think!

I have the photos of the long pointy thing in a clandestine hangar in Uzbhekistan!

Here's it's 1950's/1960's predecessor:

You can also call the whole rear end of an aircraft the Empennage, BAE build the Empennage of the F-35 and Typhoon. Not sure if it's widely used term outside of manufacturing, I only heard of it at work.
