Wasn't mine you attacked, so maybe you could redirect that apology to the person you were actually addressing with the post I responded to.

Nothing is eternal. And if it's eternal, then it's not real.

If you are refering to Utnapisjtim, then no, I will not apologise. He/she actually made those unfounded accusations on one of my past threads. I wasnt attacking his/she character I was calling him/her out.

The opposite of my own belief, all that passes is but dust and illusion as is this world, only the true life is eternal and all else is a dream or illusion including our own ego to a greater degree though now I em getting a little eastern but there is great wisdom though two paths to that and they are at there fundamental interpretation directly opposed and not in harmony.
The idea that all is illusion even the self is a falsehood but deeply entrenched as the main stream eastern philosophy in buddhism and other philosophy's. I instead think we are on a journey but being stuck here on this earth is like a lost blind traveller in a train station whom keep's missing there train, just because something is distant does not mean it is false and the temporary is also real but more of an illusion and falsehood than the eternal, though some eternity can not coexist with the temporary, And there shall be no more time.

How did you come to this conclusion?

Something that is constantly changing is real, but something that is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow is not?

Bush said he was a christian and sent us to war. Was he told by God to go to war? Oh, wait a minute, he did say something like that.

OK, let's go through the stakes here and see what I have said and if it is true or not.

I could never compete with your level of disrespect: willfully taking scripture our of context, calling Christians murderers and necromancers, calling the God of Abraham a hypocrite. These alligations are all made from a possition of arrogance and hate with the intention of causing unrest, not from a possition of understanding.

Why should I show respect when you insist on propagating willfull ignorance?

OK, first on the table: Murder. Your repeated attempts at Murdering Christ and defending it. Not Christians in general, only you and your marginal zealot faction of Christianity, who means that Jesus was willing to sacrifice himself, and that he was a legally and morally acceptable blood sacrifice, at least for God, right? How is that not conspiracy to murder in the aether realm, when quantum mechanics makes it possible to change or direct past events? And you don't see any way possible that Jesus simply got help from the people you see as his very enemies, namely the Roman soldiers, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea who all contributed to our Lord's survival. So in terms of physics and legal ethics, yes you repeatedly defend the story that says Jesus died and was stone dead for three days, that the crucifixion you openly support-- killed him and with the thrust of the centurion's spear he also endured a second death. In fact your extrapolations on the horrors Jesus went through gets more and more gory every round. Truth is the soldier who pierced our main bleeder's chest, saved his life.

Second: Necromancy. What do you call it when you bring back dead people from Hades to life? Oh. Necromancy. That's the one. It's demonstrated in the apocrypha (Acts of Peter) when Simon Peter battles Simon Magus in necromancy and flying over Rome. And if you read what you have to say about what happened with Jesus, well, what you describe is necromancy.

Thirdly: God of Abraham a hypocrite? That one you must have pulled out of your dark end. When did I say that God is a hypocrite? Sure it wasn't you I called a hypocrite, and you just thought you were God as usual?

It's ignorance to go against your dogmatic and categorical and judgemental behaviour and "insight" in the matter... Oh my. BTW, does being ignorant mean I will inherit the Earth?

Energy is eternal, it cannot be created or destroyed meaning it could not have had a beginning and will not have an end. Everything comes from energy.

Well, I tend to think of energy and matter as different stages or expressions of something else. Something not yet understood. Like energy is stored in matter, light is stored in energy and the light we see reveals current universe. Follow the trail of light and you can see the past like a recording, and since thoughts is whether energy or matter but travel freely in space-time we can predict the future as well. The NOW we live in is truly remarkable. Constantly changing. Change is another thing which is constant and infinite in nature.

Israel had the manifestation of God at the Ark of the Covenant, and the miracles performed publically by the prophets to know God's will.

Bush was a psychotic idiot that should not even trusted with an ant farm.

No nation in the Church Age has the right to wage war in the name of God. War should be a last resort for national defense only.

Lol, "aether realm". Thats a good one.

God willingly incarnated into human form (Jesus) to die for our sins. This was Jesus' own will. His disciples tried to stop it, and none of His followers wanted Him dead. The conspiracy came from the legalist Pharisees who thought they could earn a ticket to heaven. Here was Jesus telling them that He was the only way to the Father. So when you accuse Christians for conspiring against the God they love, when He died 1,986 years ago; yes, that is disrespect and it is slander.

Necromancy is the practice of seeking guidance by communication with the spirits of the dead. It has nothing to do with resussitating the dead. Jesus didnt raise Lazarus to ask for advice. He did it to show His power. Jesus is not dead. He was resurrected. Again you falsely accuse Christians for practices that are prohibited in the bible.

In you're most recent thread on John 3, you call God (the God of Abraham) a hypocrite for loving the world so much that He sent His only begotten son. God loves the people in the world, even if they dont love Him. What he doesnt love is the attitude of the world.

Need I say more?

Whoever believes that Jesus went to the cross for their sins, whos faith are motivated by love for Christ, those are real Christians. Many say they have faith and dont, but it is between the individual and God. No man can judge another's faith in Christ. For all I know, Bush may be a severily misguided Christian, but it doesnt excuse his actions.

OK, Spirit-world, how about that? Aether is the fifth element and is the stuff thoughts and ideas are made from. The "matter" of the Kingdom of God so to speak. And you can sin there. If you promote murder and treason in your mind it may not be so easily revealed in this our physical reality, but in the world of thoughts, ideas are not limited by time and space. So just laugh out as loudly of the Spirit as you wish. It really suits you.

I think it's an expression of consciousness and awareness. Light comes from consciousness because without consciousness there would be no light. The image of light we see is the expression of our consciousness and nothing could be known without it.

According to ancient Hermetic cosmology and theology, the Cosmos is an expression or manifestation of God's creative drive or thoughts, and that humans in turn are creative expressions of the Cosmos. I like that idea, not that I have studied Hermes enough to say I agree with the rest of it, but a lot of it sounds sensible and is by far more suited to incorporate science as the language and knowledge of the divine.

I'm not familiar with hermetic cosmology so I don't have much of an opinion of it. In my opinion all of life is an expression of the Cosmos and the Cosmos is an expression of all life. It loops around on itself where the inner is the outer and vice versa.

Many of them are out on the streets where the people are...

You won't find them in religious circles.

I have met a few and they are some of the most fascinating people you will ever meet.

Todd White is one example of many:
