If punks don't want to be shot dead then they should not break into people's houses.

I certainly wouldn't move their bodies to prevent bloodstains on the carpet nor would I walk up to them when they were on the ground gasping for air, place a gun under their chins and execute them.

Clearly you would, and clearly you should seek professional psychiatric help.

We aren't. The man had a right to defend his home, I have said this multiple times - he did NOT, however, have the right to execute the thieves AFTER he had already shot and moved their bodies on a tarp.

But keep on ignoring these facts and continue with your delusion that he was simply defending himself when he placed the gun under her chin while she was on the ground, bleeding and gasping for air, and blew her brains out.

I am not ignoring it. I have no problem with it.

Don't want to die, don't break into a house. Very simple to understand cause and affect.

Personally, I don't think I would call the cops. I would just make them disappear. And I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.

If the old man had purposefully aimed at their head the first time and hit them where he aimed, he would have killed them with one shot, all the while fully intending to kill them. If that was all there was to it, he probably would not have been charged, even though he fully intended to kill them.
This all would be a moot point if they had not entered his house illegally.
