Both of those issues are being discussed by policy makers, so they are good questions. I think it's too early yet to say what the outcome of those discussions will be and what regulations if any will change.

Ah. So you have no answer other than "A plane is missing, ergo CONSPIRACY!!!" As to the previous 400 pages, it seems that if there were ANYTHING of substance to back your position you would be able to throw it right back at me. Here, chew on this for a while. Rothschild owns the Blackstone Group, which owns Freescale Semiconductor, who supposedly had some employees on MH370 that were co-assignees on a patent. It is alleged that these people were not on the flight, yet they are gone anyway (dead?) who knows, but they are gone now. Freescale owns the entire patent now. Also Rothschild owns Khazanah Nasional Berhad, which owns Malaysian Airlines and the Malaysian Airport System. Rothschild is among the IMF scum. Malaysia did not take loans from the IMF during the financial crisis in the late 1990's unlike a lot of the surrounding nations did. So you see Malaysia was not willing to go along with the Rothschild banker scum and their New World Order. Do you know what happens when you don't go along with the Rothschild scum bankers? It goes far back in history. Watch the video and learn some history before proclaiming everything is hunky dory.

STRAWMAN ALERT!!! At no point did I say everything is hunky dory. I simply stated that there is no evidence of a conspiracy here. There IS evidence of a missing plane. That's all. Once again I ask that rather than throwing poo at the wall and seeing what sticks, you provide a direct form of evidence of conspiracy. Exactly, there was no flight. The Rothschild controlled Malaysian Airlines is attacking the current regime in Malaysia with this farce. That way they can install a puppet to their liking who will sign the Malaysian population into debt slavery with the IMF!
