Turkey shuts off YouTube after 'Syria invasion plan' leak

The latest leaked audio recording, which reportedly led to the ban, appears to show top government officials discussing a potential attack on the tomb of Suleyman Shah, the grandfather of the founder of the Ottoman Empire.

On the tape, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu is heard to say that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sees any attack as an "opportunity" to increase Turkish presence in Syria, where it has staunchly supported the anti-Assad rebels. Security chief Hakan Fidan then goes one step further, and suggests staging a fake attack to give Turkey a casus belli to intervene in the conflict.

Nice find...this actually links Erdogan's war on social networks and the provocations we have been postulating. He obviously fears losing control of the Turkish people.

So he should.

And some confirmation of Turkish responsibility for the mortar attacks on ...Turkey:

The Newspaper also revealed that the bomber which was used to launch the mortar on the Turkish Akcakale town is only used by NATO.
In an article by its Editor-in-Chief Merdan Yanardag, Yurt clarified that it had information from a reliable source saying that Turkey was the side which sent the mortars to the members of so-called ”the free army”.
“This information affirms that the Government of Erdogan’s wrong policy was behind the falling of the mortar in the town that claimed the lives of 5 Turks.” Yanaradag added.

So basically they armed Islamo-fascists with NATO mortars and instructed them to fire into their own territory to garner international sympathy as well as an excuse to intervene militarily.

I know another middle-eastern nation which plays that card regularly. No need to name them either.

I know. It is quite unbearable, I could hardly stand watching it.

The good news is I really cannot see those fools besting the Syrian army.
