Informal poll: Do you use ATS dark or white backgrounds?

I have a question though.. where are ATS points located, I can't find then
for love or money.

Rumor has it..

They cashed everybody's points in to pay for the big site appearance overhaul and the 'White' viewing option.

I just thought of this...Above Top Secret...white just doesn't go with
secret . All colors go well with dark & some colors would be
blinding on the white.

Try money and I'll tell you....well, okay. I think the site dropped them after the move. Unless I'm wrong and haven't poked around my user data enough.

Lolz.. Interesting though.. coz a mod fined me 1000 pts the other night for an Ill mannered post.

I was vindicated though, when the member got banned ..lol

Well Aleister, i too prefer the black, its old school ATS. However i use the white because as im getting older,my eyesight is getting dodgy and its easier to see. Unfortunatly the white screen does put me in mind of that other "conspiracy website".
Btw,its nice to talk on a non aviation topic s and f for that alone pal .

Ah ha, so if you can be fined 1000 points, and I've heard rumors that applauses' get you 500 points, then there must be a computer entity somewhere in a counting house still doing the math. Interesting question.

The dark makes me feel warm and fuzzy cause that is how it was when I started lurking.

I like how we have a choice though, in case I feel like mixing it up.

While we're on the subject.

Where's the ATS store?
I was thinking about buying a couple more polo shirts....

I use the dark for the same reasons as previously mentioned by others. The white though is the default i believe.
Given that most prefer the dark background perhaps THAT should be the default. MODS

that's what I grew used to when I came to ATS

This would be my sole purpose of using the Dark. I just can't do the White...it doesn't feel as much like home.

Question is how can you check the balance sheet.. Coz sometimes I'm naughty

I'm just the same as just about everyone else, I like the dark background with the white letters, it's easier on the eyes. I also got used to that background on my old laptop , you can make windows look the same way by choosing the contrast setting , but when you do it on windows there are some things you can't see anymore, but other than not being able to see some of the options on windows when you change the contrast setting I liked it on windows to. But the fact that it's default on ATS is awesome.

I've always liked ATS like I like my soul music, sambuca and socks...all black, baby, all of the time.
