Reply to Leonidas and dodol and all on this thread :-)

While you may think this thread is a drift at some times, here is yet another perspective:

Well, now some major news outlets seem to be repeating the buzz words of "foul play" and "deliberate act" today.

One in particular was interviewing some "expert" in web analysis, and I believe that he said that there were over 20 CTs that he could find over the interwebz related to this flight gone wrong.

This is what I found strange from this particular talking head: He made a claim that US (and other countries) Intel folks used the CT findings to further their investigations. I was only halfway paying attention but he was using some logical reasoning like the whole is greater than the sum of its parts in data gathering.

Just really?

I don't know why they would be promoting conspiracy theorists?

The only ideas I could come up with are they are trying to make certain sub-populations feel more comfortable with all the uncertainties and conflicting reports, or somehow trying to prep people in some strange way? I'm starting to feel like the whole world is IN some episode of "The Twilight Zone."

Does anyone have any thoughts to add?

ETA: I just read your last post, Vasa Croe, and now it makes a bit more sense. Some MSM are advocating CTs because they know the public will never KNOW the truth

(Copied and pasted from this ATS thread; please see Vasa Croe's response within)

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Continue to seek out all possible avenues, everyone! Thanks for all your insights! Maybe they will give us some truth in the end? If not, still fight the good fight against disinformation.

Much respect :-)

Does anyone think that there is a reasonable possibility that this jet will never be found?

According to a Japan Times article and BBC News article, posted quite a few pages back, yes, yes it is a reasonable possibility. There are historical examples, even in recent times.

I just stumbled on this. Now it apparently was pinging the satellite from near Oz.

Missing Malaysian Jet Said Tracked to Ocean Off Australia

The last satellite transmission from a Malaysian airliner missing for a week has been traced to the Indian Ocean off Australia, far from where searches have taken place, according to a person familiar with the analysis.

A path from Malaysia to the ocean off Australia would have taken as much as 3,000 miles, about the maximum distance the Boeing Co. 777-200 could have flown with its fuel load.

Flight 370 may have flown beyond its last known position about 1,000 miles west of Perth, and that location may not be an indication of where the plane ended up, said the person, who spoke on condition of not being named because of the sensitivity of the information.

I'm utterly baffled, we're definitely not getting all the info.

Is it common for pilots to have a flight simulator in their house? How much do they cost? Could a pilot for Malaysia Airlines typically afford one? Have they checked the one found in his home for which programs he ran?

I brought that up in another thread and Zaphod58 basically stated that it is common for pilots to have them to keep current and confident.

But I will say this, as of this morning the Malaysian officials had still not gone into the pilots homes, according to the CNN reporter in Kuala Lumpur. And a few of the other analyst later echoed the questions I was having like... Who else was allowed to train on it? Are there any saved simulation files that would suggest a forehand knowledge or even a plan?

Zaphod58 also said the NTSB would have been in the pilots home within 2 to 3 days, Malaysians have supposedly now gone a week. That should have been a lot higher on the priority of their investigation. One more sketchy thing I guess.

if they headed out further west from Perth, think that might give credence to the Diego Garcia theory.

This is a very preliminary idea but it may be that someone is hacking into the plane and sending it in all those wild directions. Or this is a electronic spyop where the super electronic capabilities of auto pilot and GPS systems is being tested LIVE by some powerful government organizations.

I was coincidentally reading a book called BLACK 911 when this incident occurred and it relates the possibility of such a thing (what is occurring now occurred on 911) as in this Malaysian plane missing and flying all over the place with or without possible pilot interference.

This thing is starting to smell bad.

Just in from the Strait Times.

Data suggests skilled person/s turned mh370, Malaysian official says.

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) - Malaysian officials now believe that missing Malaysia Airlines flight 370 may have been deliberately turned towards the Indian Ocean by someone with up-to-date knowledge of flying and radar positions, a senior military official told AFP on Saturday.

And I am now noting, I think it was Mikeultra (please correct if wrong) highlighted the AFP and propaganda a few pages back... Hmmm.

Would the Freescale engineers have any motive to take over the plane? Fly it north into China thru Burma?

Excellent stumble! : )

Also, really comprehensive article as far as MSM goes. Lots of points of interest that I will plow through.

If this has anything at all to do with the pilot, then it is highly likely that he will have the whole scenario on his flight simulator at home. It would make complete sense for the authorities to go and raid his home. (even though they denied they had after local Malaysian newspapers claimed it had been done!)

If it was a hostage situation, then the 'demands' might be communicated (we would not be told about this) and one of the instructions may be not to send any military jets near the plane or else they would blow it up. So... the authorities would be waiting for it to land somewhere and at the same time would be negotiating with the hijackers for the release of the very valuable 20 Freescale employees.

Or maybe there is a very valuable cargo in the hold, we just dont know as the cargo list has not been released.

No, after all this, I am afraid that it is a hijacking gone terribly wrong and the authorities tried to do something or got too close and then the hijackers panic or get desperate and blow up the plane into the ocean.

The Freescale engineers were heading TO China. Their nationalities were both Chinese and Malay.

However, I would like to draw your attention to Freescale Semiconductor's financial troubles and the equity firms backing them up who are keen to reap $$$ from their billion dollar losses.

Though some are quick to dismiss Freescale as small time, they were (as part of Motorola) involved in the Apollo program and they are involved in various areas of research and IIRC help with smart-phone tracking etc. I am not sure if it has been confirmed on this thread, so, it is speculated they were contracted to USA DoD. It is speculation that China or some other nation-state have abducted this flight to obtain sensitive data through interrogation. The retort from other ATS users is that the engineers could simply be bought. Not so, because that would leave a paper trail and give wider diplomatic ramifications.

If there is to be a similarization with 911 im unsure, its generaly considered that with 911 the two twin towers jets were full size B767 drone aircraft, and the Pentagon was a cruise missile and the passenger lists were at best manipulated with unusual load factors, so could there be any form of simularity between flight 370 and 911?

I beg to differ on that one. I lost a cousin and a close friend in the "drone".

The waypoints, the awkward angles they flew at, all suggest with this article that the pilot used the knowledge to evade the edges of radar and stay hidden. Thank you for sharing.
