I have found your advertising laser. Again, it needs a screen to work. Notice the laser light warning sticker on the front below the opening of the housing. From space, you would be looking straight into that. The warning says not to, it can permanently blind you.

You want to know a technology that is a secret

is it secret? Or is it a cheap propaganda plug by old Mad Vlad?

Are you sure? I trust my eyes and memory more than your guesses.

Putin's attempt at Star Wars (SDI) maybe?
We all know though that the Russian guy who built it will have been syphoning off money so probably replaced the laser with a disco light he bought at Amazon...

Actually did laugh out loud reading that!🤣
The amount of dirty Russian cash in our own nation though, we're as dodgy as them, just better at making things appear legitimate.

You want to know a technology that is a secret. This is, to put it mildly, naive.)))

Not really. I have a Russian geiger counter, a shotgun shell closing press, and a couple of other things. I could have bought a full size Sputnik 1 a few years ago. It was an empty shell produced along with the one that flew. Thirty thousand American dollars on eBay.

You have some nice tech but I don't think it is as secret as you think.

At least the West can make military equipment that works for longer than 5 minutes hahaha

I think Mad Vlad is secretly a Disco deva and wants a dance floor lite up from space!!

Your words reek of racism.

And your assumption is way wide of the mark.....as is sadly all too common nowadays.

A couple of weeks ago you were on this forum asking American military veterans with nuclear clearances to discuss American nuclear military readiness. Now you balk at telling Russian technology secrets. Kinda funny.

There are no secrets about the US Army for Russians. Your media themselves do an excellent job of disclosing secret information.
I wanted to know the opinions of ATS members, and I myself listed the “secrets” in my thread))))

So, you have no idea how this thing works.
And you have no links to provide.

Yet you try to hold this up as an example of great Russian technology?

Sorry RT, this thread lacks any sort of credibility unless you can provide us with something....anything.
I'm not saying Russia isn't capable of producing what you claim, but.......?
Otherwise its just more empty words and a very poor attempt at blatant Kremlin fed propaganda.

Must try harder old bean.

Tell us more about “Putin’s cartoons”)))
The whole world is well aware of Russian space technologies; they have the ability to be implemented in reality. You may not believe me, laugh at me, but as practice shows, these ridicule very soon disappear from people’s faces.))))

I know nothing about Putin's 'cartoons' nor have I ever alleged to.

I do know about Dmitri the Bulgarian ballet dancer but that's another matter entirely.

All we are asking for is a bit more detail, what's the problem with that?

Does this Dmitri the Bulgarian ballet dancer also enjoy the disco and laser lights that Put-it-in Putin is attempting to put in orbit?

I found a video from five years ago but no lasers involved. Just folding tarps much like the American Skylab heat shield from the 1970s.

Notice the tarp held open by the rods.
