He did guarantee results in some of his write ups on the study. And that too screams fraud since there is no way to actually guarantee such results when you are dealing with so many medical variables.

And did he provide a guarantee where the patients sign on the line? What is his loss if his guarantee fails? As you said, more signs of fraud.
