The government works for the people and is paid by the people through taxes. All information that the government claims is top secret belongs to the people. The government has no right to privacy because the government is not an entity. The government is a mediator for the majority to make decisions.

Democratic government does not consist of secrets and electoral votes. A true government of the people would not be allowed to make decisions based on "their" preference but the people's preference. If the people prefer transparency then by all means they should have it. If the government does not wish to turn over all they possess for the aiding in disclosure then the people should rise up and take it by force if they have to; that is the people's right.

It is simple logic that gets complicated by MSM ideals that are programmed into the mind's of many who can argue on the point of government and the people; not government vs the people. The government should not enjoy any liberty since it is not an entity. So if we went in the government's mailbox, that should be one of our many rights. We create government, not government creates us.

Since when does telling a little joke make someone a child? Really? So if 1 type l1ke th1s or use l33t werds l1ke th1s sentance her, that makes me a kid? Get a grip! Why would anyone care what age they are? Hell, I could care less if it was a Translucent rainbow mermaid with blue wings smoking a donkey drinking ambrosia out of a gorilla skull. It doesn't matter.

Wikileaks did NOT hack ANYTHING. They simply published leaks that individuals GAVE them... this is neither a crime nor hacking.

So "publishing" documents they knew were stolen is okey?

Suppose you knew that you neighbour had managed to manufacture a 'dirty nuke bomb' in his backyard. You call rightly to the police, but they laughed at you disbelieving and call you crazy.

So you decided to steal the bomb, when your neighbour is out. But you didnt know what to do with it, except that if in the wrong hands, it will do a hell lotta more harm than what your neighbour who suspiciouly built one.

You decide to pass it to someone you trust, someone who has the courage to expose the truth without any fear or favour from ANY authority, to proof that such bomb exists and everyone be aware.

So now you are thief, despite the good intentions you do, as well as the one who accepted the goods on your behalf, a thief for recieving 'stolen goods'.

So is this how I should label you now - a thief and the one who exposed the truth as a accomplice to your crime?

Extreme as my example be, or light in the face of the explosive power of Wikileaks that had shakened the world - what constitutes a theft? Something that one benefits solely or something that benefits mankinds - you, your family, relatives, friends and mine so that corrections be made in order to progress?

You haven't read any of my prior posts in this thread or you would know my answer is: YES! I highly encourage them and others to expose the crimes of government.

Are you not familiar with the Pentagon papers and Daniel Ellsberg?

Why was it okay for him to do it, even patriotic, yet you slander Wikileaks over the same issue? Not even with facts either, you accuse them of "hacking".

The US government belongs to us, the people of America... Since when are employees allowed to keep secrets from their bosses?

The U.S. government has no right to secrecy, at all. So no, publishing stolen documents is not "okey", it is however both okay, and great!

You seem to be fine with the level of privacy the government affords you, none, yet you protect their privacy? You are a private citizen, which allows you rights... the government is not, and in fact is in existence to SERVE US, therefore has no right to privacy.

The government tramples on any privacy of citizens they can; wire tapping, full body scans, warrant-less searches, etc. Yet when their privacy (which they have no right to!) is threatened, you freak out?

This is an insane world we live in.

There is NO evidence that the Jester is anyone real until the feds bring him in.

A teenager was arrested yesterday on suspicion of being involved with the Anonymous’ Operation Payback. The operation orchestrated DDoS attacks on anti-piracy targets in the last months, and more recently against those who obstructed Wikileaks’ work. Sources have informed TorrentFreak that the arrestee is one of the IRC-operators of Anonymous, known under the nickname Jeroenz0r.

The MBNA site was down for only about ten seconds. I suggested he take down a friend’s site which he did. It took about 30 seconds for him to launch the attack which lasted 30 seconds. I am still going through the logs from that site but I could see the requests coming from the anonimizer site. The identity of The Jester remains a mystery. Towards the end of our conversation he posed an interesting question:

Excellent topic..and the quote you highlighted is perfect.

It is way passed time these pranksters are recognized for the immature pests they are.

The line the person in the OP's link claims to prove this is from someone asking "Could they be real hackers from 2600?"

So, make of that what you will.

Besides, anyone who is anyone knows already 99% of the people in 4chan are scrip kiddies these days.

I blame the internet.

I'm not sure what you were getting at with this post, but 2600 is (or used to be at least) a magazine for hackers, I used to read it sometimes back in the 90's when it was mainly about how to hack public call boxes to get free phone calls and stuff.

I haven't seen the magazine for ages so maybe they are on the web now.

2600 were Original hackers back in the day - where it actually took hacking to do things. it stems from the tone used to actually hack the physical phones of the time, to get free calls.

2600 became the online face of true hacking a long time ago, and still to this day is.

It's one person on the entire chat from irc that the OP posted, that the OP's link is using to proclaim this all a waste of time by insinuating that all the people involved in this are 'not real' because one person says - out of context "Maybes it's real hackers from 2600"

Straws were clutched, big ones. to make the leap from the intent of this alleged attack being made by nothing more than illiterate noobs. And Hey, I've never said it wasnt, I just know there are very serious people involved also, but the op's post is literally shoving it under the carpet and caliming, aww kids...

My point in saying Make of that what you will, is that he obviously chooses to see it as a liberal amount of nothingness, whereas I think it's just one dudes comment on a random channel inhabited by 4chan kids.

The two are vastly different. and 4chan is not anon in total.

I guess they have moved on from their phone freaking days

Ohhh snap!! You knew all along

My exception to the rule is when it's used to paint a group is all.. the OP is latching onto a quote to use against an entire effort.

I have to say so... nothing more..

Nope.. not anymore. There is a segment of people who ARE acting as spokesmen and organizers for "anonymous".. your game has changed.. and its been changed from the inside. People will ALWAYS use things in manners that not everyone agrees upon. You lost your argument about how anon "really is" when a manifesto was crafted and spokesman went on TV and claimed to be a representative.

WHo's responsible for the change in what anon "really is"... was... who knows. Of course govt ops are being spewed on several websites and all kinds of weird ideas.. but the fact is that Anon has changed overnight and to operate as if it were the same is pretty foolhardy.

I can claim to be a representative of the flying spaghetti monsters and impose their decree upon the world

doesn't mean it's true of that flying spaghetti monsters exist. The state of spaghetti monsters doesnt change just because I claim so

Oh but should a slew of people who know no better latch on to your decree, then by the almighty internet, you are now the vocal point of all things spaghetti and verily you are now associated with all pasta and various tomato sauces.

In fact, bow down to you or extra hot chilli sauce, very cheesy and oh so aldente pasta lord.

What are you on about? The ops link dosen't say anything like that, did you even read it or was it to long for you?

In conclusion you should rest assured that you don’t ruffle me at all – I don’t have a single shred of fear induced by yourselves, what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.

Anon were attempting to complie dox on the guy for attacking wikileaks, this post is a continuation of what his already posted nowhere does he say anything about it being a waste of time.

Freedom of speech and transparency huh? This is what the Rogue group ‘Anonymous’ is fighting for? Well here’s some. The following files depict, outline and PORTRAY the movement (imho) and it’s inner workings. Not that this is a big secret to find or anything, but if you’re gonna be a ‘movement‘ then you might want to pass out the handbook for everyone to read.
