I will not fly. I will drive where I need to go and if I cannot drive I will take a boat. To hell with the NAZI TSA.

I Have a right to be secure in my person.

I have a right also to defend myself against sexual assult. That's why I wont fly.

The new search proceedures allow them to acutally put their hand inside your pants if you wear what the deem baggy clothing.

TSA now putting hands down fliers pants

Where do YOU draw the line?

Are we missing a marketing opportunity here?

I'm thinking a "prosthesis" for Mr Sparky that'll give the TSA agent something to look at.

Or maybe "smarty pants" - some undies with a message printed on with an x-ray opaque dye.

"Send a message to your TSA Inquisitor! Now with the following slogans!"

Charter a private flight in a small plane out of a small private airport and land in a small private airport. (They DO have those in Canada, eh? They have them all over in The States.) Or drive.

Just saying

This is a little tourist jaunt to the Big Easy. Charter a plane? Sorry...our dollar isn't that much higher than yours right now, if at all.

Well since you dont mind it, we can leave it so that non American citizens can still have the pleasure of having their genitals touched and/or a nudie pic when they fly into the country. We dont want to deprive you of anything you find enjoyable. But the citizens here shouldnt have to tolerate it. I personally dont think any one should, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Really? You find it that necessary to be insulting? Look up 'hyperbole', and thanks for proving that point for me.

Not sure why you would find it insulting. Your argument was if you want to fly you just suck it up and take it. Im just saying we can certainly work it so that those of you who are not US citizens, who think we should just all roll over and suck it up, get the pleasure of being subjected to those scans, rub downs. Since you dont find that a problem, Im not sure why you would be insulted by that.

What they are doing here is a violation of the 4th Amendment to our Constitution. We are not supposed to just suck it up and take it when people run rough shod over our Constitution. It is our duty as citizens to complain, raise hell, whine, piss, moan, file lawsuits, and whatever else it takes to make the offending party(ies) stop trampling our Constitutional rights. You can call it hyperbole all you want, and you can post little snippy comments about how if we want to fly we can just shut up and take it, but.......................you are wrong.

It's hyperbole to go on as if the TSA is in place to sexually assault people, and it's not snippy to point that out. A good chunk of my point is that if I want to fly to the states, I'm stuck with it. Yes, it's up to you to fix it. How's that going so far?

State warning to TSA: Stop breaking the law

www.wnd.com

New Jersey state lawmakers today demanded that Congress review the Transportation Security Administration's new "enhanced" security screening of airline passengers that involves either an X-ray scan revealing a virtually nude image or a full-body pat-down that touches private parts.

And just as state Sen. Michael Doherty and others in Trenton announced resolutions calling on Congress to review the TSA procedures and complaints from travelers.

Finally someone is starting to wake up !
I hope people understand the following:
-Images can be saved and exported.
-Any images of naked children via scanner are child pornography and anyone in possession of these images must be considered a child pornographer and by law must be arrested immediately. This automatically makes the body scanners illegal to use !!!!!!
-Body scanners DON'T work.
-Body scanners constitute an illegal search and thus cannot legally be used. Are we really willing to submit to illegal search and seizures?????

Some additional considerations
A bomber put explosives in his shoes, now we must take off our shoes.
A bomber tried hiding explosives on his person, now we must be virtually strip searched and fondled.
What if a bomber hides explosives inside a body cavity? What do you think will happen next?????????????

Finally, WE THE PEOPLE need to decide....Do we want to be FREE or secure? Because we can't have both ! Time to pick one and either live FREE or be secure as a slave.

I almost hate to ask this....

...is it time for some TSA (Team Sexual Assault) agents to be killed for the sexual assaults? You know it is coming with all of the public outrage.

While I am not advocating violence, I can certainly understand just how it could easily erupt given these situations...

Then why complain about the use of hyperbole to motivate people politically? Isnt that how these un-Constitutional measures, (and others) were put in place in the first place? All the hyperbole about terrorists hiding behind every bush, every tree, and sure as hell in every airport? About these organized masses of people who just want to kill Americans? (and other people, the propaganda varies by nation)

Its utter rubbish. If there were terrorists who were organized and who wanted to blow up planes you would already be spreading those cheeks before you got on a plane. Because they would have been shoving explosives up there, or swallowing them, just like the mules for drugs do. Im just tired of people telling us we should all just roll over and take it. We shouldnt. It all the rolling over and taking it that is the problem.

Better yet, send them to jail so they will get raped, beaten up and some of them will get killed.

But even better than that, put those who draw the guidelines for those plans, like that witch Napolitano, and put her in general population... she won't last a week.

The defense ``We followed orders/did our job.`` didn't work for the nazis at Nuremberg. It won't work this time either.

I agree!

I like the idea of hanging out at the airport, waiting for women to have to lift their shirts or get felt up, cheer loudly and throwing them Mardi Gras beads.

Let's make it a spectator sport!

I saw on some web site where you can take an image into paint and invert the colors to get a proximate representation of the body. I tried it an it worked. So they can turn those images into sloppy porn,

I mentioned on another thread about implanting C4 in body or boobs.

I've said this time and time again. File suit in State court. My state Constitutionally allows me a jury for either civil or criminal procedures.

Do NOT sue the TSA....sue the Agent(s) directly involved with abrogation of your rights. Once these buffoons start losing their bass boats, trailers, etc. they'll think twice about thinking they are demi-gods.

Stay away from Federal courts. Each State is sovereign and the laws of each state apply. Worst case, they can beat the rap but they can't beat the ride. If you file suit as a pro se litigant, it costs you very little. The defense costs associated with defending one of these neanderthals will liquidate anything they own quickly. I'm guessing a retainer fee for one of these imbeciles is minimally $5K. I'm sure wifey or hubby is going to be stoked when they find out their spouse is being sued.

I would like to make it exceptionally clear that I don't like going after an individual nor attempt to take their things/ruin their lives. At the same time, if said individual has a God complex and wants to lock horns, we'll lock them in State court and s/he'll go home penniless.

Tyrants only push as far as those on the receiving end allow themselves to be pushed. Let's lash back and let these pseudo tyrants know that wearing a shiny piece of tin handed to them by a criminal federal government won't keep their bass boat safe.

We've all met bullies on the playground at some point in our lives. You had two choices - put up with it or break the bullies nose. Let's break these bullies f'ing noses!

Should one touch my daughter inappropriately, your question will be answered.

She is the one thing that has kept me in check from doing what I know needs to be done. With her as the apple of my eye, I have to be far more reserved than I feel I should be.

Any man, regardless of his alphabet soup title who touches her inappropriately will be dealt with in such a manner to make Hollywood jealous regardless of the cost to me personally. It's as simple as that. Neither she nor I are subjects of this criminal government. Any man, regardless of his affiliation, who touches her inappropriately has signed his death warrant....PERIOD.

Well now we see this as a wedge between fed and state laws...

So now we have the following as it relates to a difference in opinion between Fed and State

1. TSA molestations
2. Immigration & Border patrol
3. Medical Marijuana
4. Gay Marriage

When will this end? If the Tea party really wanted to pick up steam, they'd endorse the last two there as well as the first two.

Flying into the United States is a privilege,
For our own safety we need to have them do this.
If you don't want to be throughly checked, you cannot fly here.
Flying is the easiest way, walking or going by boat you will see much more than a quick search, if you are stopped.

Interesting... I was talking with a Russian friend of mine about TSA and he said...

"Dude, do NOT "get me continuing" on this. I seriously miss Soviet Union and KGB when I see what is going on with TSA."

I do not need to have them search my fellow citizens in these invasive ways for my own safety.

I am not safer because they do. A terrorist with explosives shoved up his ass could still blow up my plane.

Not to mention I am also in danger of kicking a TSA officer in the genitals if they touch mine in a way I disapprove of with the current plan. That would likely get me some jail time, or at the very least sued. So in fact, I personally am in much greater danger as things stand than I would be if they didnt perform these invasive searches.

That is approaching a little bit insane

But....It could become so unpopular, so disgusting that it makes anyone who works for TSA such a social outcast, they could no longer get anyone to take the job? Being a TSA employee would carry the same stigma as being a convicted Child Molester. That would force this issue to the surface and end the insanity.

I can't for the life of me come up with a reason anyone would take such a low paying job that entails what they have to do? Except...they enjoy it! So who are these low paid, undereducated people anyway and where do they find enough of them who can pass a background screening? Again, these must be people who get off on what their job entails? I don't fly that often, but what I've seen of them, these people are not the cream of the crop.

Who would this job be attractive to:
Control Freaks.
Sexual Deviants.
Pedophiles.
Bully's.
..... lets see, who else?

Maybe a Terrorist would get a kick out of it. They must be laughing their backsides off at us. After all, this is a surrender and they have won. Our Leaders are worthless cowards or they would have been all over the news today demanding this be stopped. They ALL know it is wrong.

Did anyone else watch the Senate Hearing this morning on C-Span? It was supposed to be about the Toner Bombs but they ended up questioning the TSA guy about this. The only thing they cared about was protecting the TSA workers from law suits if they do something wrong like fondle a child. At least that's what I got out of it. The TSA guy also said nobody would be given a pass whether it was a religious issue or anything else. You don't let them see you naked or let them fondle your privates, you don't fly!

I have no choice. I'm in Alaska. I either fly or Alaska becomes a Prison. When they interogated Terrorists and made them sit naked to dehumanize them it was torture and wrong. When they do it to innocent people for no good reason it's OK
Anybody who still supports Obama, Napolitano and company are now the equivalent of Nazi's themselves. Practice your Duckwalks folks. Have your children chant his name in schools. Oops, they already did that. My Bad

Every time you drive to work, you take a far greater risk than if there were no security on airplanes at all.

They don't care about the border being open to Terrorists. It does not even bother Napolitano or Obama that any Terrorist with the bribe money can get into Mexico and into the US at will. That's no danger they say. But a three year old randomly selected is so dangerous a TSA Agent must be allowed to view them naked or fondle their privates.

............and their supporters are buying it. If it's OK with the Big O, it's just OK with them. Go ahead, hire a bunch of dropouts and let them grope all they want. It is for our own good.
