Did read it was a DNS f-up which wouldn't be a shock to anyone who has any experience in IT as you attach a name to a phone number basically for those
who don't know as it's just a way to say connect to something in a more human way.
There probably is multiple layers of DNS and routing tables and all sorts of good stuff hiding under the hood along with enough bodge to last a
lifetime.
Doesn't take much effort or stupidity to make a change that suddenly causes enough damage to amaze people, once did recommend people with thinner
fingers as there's less chance of them making mistakes when typing.
