They are delaying the sentencing through, which does not equate to them getting off. It just means they are bailed for a longer period of time before
they get sentenced.
They are not letting rapists off Scott free stonerwilliam.
Plenty of problems with that plan all the same, with them still being on the streets, when they should be locked up so they cannot hurt other
people.
I've never heard of anyone actually being found guilty of rape in a criminal court and not receiving a custodial sentence, once found guilty they are
indeed apt to be imprisoned for a period of around 4 years at least.
I'm sure there may be exceptions to the rule but as a general rule of thumb if you rape someone here in the UK, and are found to be guilty, they are
apt to be going to jail.
You know where im from buddy, we take fingers if you get caught stealing from the wrong person, and that's just to begin with, the Police being the
least of concerns.
As to the daft bird that chose to celebrate the Queen's death with Champagne shouting about lizards, sounds more like a mental health case to be
honest, she should probably get help as well as other digs.
