Can Barack Obama Change to a New Person and Be U.S. President Again?

An individual can only serve 2 terms as U.S. President.

But what if the Man/Women who served 2 terms, changed name and sex. Is he/she a new person?

I remember Caitlyn Jenner saying Bruce Jenner didn't exist any more.

Can Betsy Obama replace Barack Obama, and run for U.S. President?

Is there anything in the Constitution to stop this?

If so, what needs to be changed to make it possible for Betsy Obama to run against Joe Biden next year?

I Had a Premonition, which is why I'm asking this. Will check answers later tonight.

I'd say that common sense says if he changes sex and name that it's still him and therefore 'no' he can't be POTUS again. But common sense is something that is severely lacking these days and the trans-warriors would probably advocate for him, now a her, to be able to be POTUS ... and idiots would agree. So who knows.

I suppose if this happened, it would have to go to the supreme court. Dems would have to have a lot of dirt on each of the judges to get that to pass.

Regardless if Barry has an inclination to "identify" as a woman or not, there must be easier ways for him (her?) to be the puppet master over a future candidate. I'm fairly certain he is the master in the Biden Whitehouse.

I think the Republicans have enough problems of their own without focusing on Obama.
