Now the corrupt Georgia GOP leadership (the Mitch McConnell types) are getting worried and fearful. They ousted one of their own members today..

Georgia Republicans Kick Colton Moore Out of Caucus for Demanding Investigation of Corrupt Fulton County DA Fani Willis

Well, the corrupt Republican party system in Georgia is once again on full display. In August Republican State Senator Colton Moore began advocating to hold Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis accountable for the politically motivated prosecution effort against President Donald Trump.

Accepting the information that came from Willis’s efforts in a “special grand jury,” Colton Moore wrote a letter to the governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, asking for a special legislative session to look into the Fulton County effort.

However, Brian Kemp and the Georgia Senate Republicans did not want to investigate Fani Willis; instead, the just kicked Colton Moore out of the republican caucus.

He was removed for threatening to start a civil war if Trump is convicted. Not only is that out of line for an elected official to say it is also jury tampering and witness intimidation.

It's crumbling because Trump's case isn't going to trial next month? Willis never expected Trump's case to go to trial next month. Chesebro thought he was going to catch Willis slipping by demanding a speedy trial. Instead she said she was ready to go.

She did attempt to keep all of the cases together, but the expectation was always that Trump would be going to trial next year.

Willis today secured a protective order for discovery material after one of the defendants' lawyers leaked the videos of the proffer sessions of the defendants that had pled out. Willis argued that leaking the videos was ab attempt at witness intimidation and the judge concurred.

Willis has also moved to revoke the bond of another defendant after they had been posting online about expected witnesses.

It doesn't matter what leaks....and who says what because the main prosecutor or DA or whatever Fanny is, says the trial will extend into 2025.

Which means it will be a huge waste of Georgia taxpayers money...

And yield almost nothing to make the resources and expenditures worth it.

Fanny will be doing lap dances at the Atlanta soul club in 2 years... If she's lucky.

Another perfect scripted setup. Lots of planted agents.

Repost...

Just 5 months ago, GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told a Federal Court that President Trump did nothing wrong when asking him to "find" votes that were illegal...and toss them out.

Google and MSMedia are working overtime to keep this testimony buried, for obvious reasons. 😡

BREAKING: Judge in Fulton County Case Dismisses Several Charges Against Trump

“Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee wrote in an order that six of the counts in the indictment must be quashed, including three against Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee.

But the order leaves intact other charges, and the judge wrote that prosecutors could seek a new indictment on the charges he dismissed.

The six charges in question have to do with soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office. That includes two charges related to the phone call Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, on Jan. 2, 2021.”

A minor win in this ridiculous case against Trump.
This is very interesting given the fact judge McAfee is set to give his decision regarding Fani and Wades corruption.
Did they ever figure out whether that phone call between Trump and Raffensperger was illegally recorded?

All this Judge did was Dismiss some Minor Charges that would have Prolonged the Trial . The RICO Charge will still have to be Fought Tooth and Nail to Avoid a Guilty Verdict . Also , the Collusion Between the Biden Administration and Fani if Proven in Court could Dismiss the Remaining FAKE Charges .

As reported last Fall, Secretary of State Brad Raffenburger testified before a D.C. grand jury that President Trump did nothing wrong when he asked him to look through the ballots and throw out those that were not legal... Most of them being for Joe Biden.

Today, the judge overseeing the Georgia 2020 election fraud case against Donald Trump and others, ordered that charge, and several other charges, be dismissed and dropped from the case.

He ordered it be dropped because the prosecution didn't specify what parts of the Constitution were being violated. They were dismissed without prejudice, meaning the charges can be re-filed when the prosecution provides more clarification. He also said he was only dismissing the criminal charge. The prosecution can still use the overt act in their presenting their case.

More importantly, I would say this is a strong indication this case and Willis are not getting thrown out.

What about the decision makes you think this?

I don’t see this as an indication of anything except that the judge already has his decision done and is waiting, for whatever reason, to share it with everyone.
It’s almost like he’s waiting until the slow end of week news cycle.

What do you think about the phone call which started this whole thing?
Legally recorded? Illegally recorded?

If he was throwing the case out, why spend time ruling on demurrers?

Because he's not deliberating on throwing the case, he's deliberating on throwing the DA and her subsequent office.....
