While "signing", Biden looked oh-so stern and serious with that special squint and frown 😀

Should have done this 50 years ago. although smoked in my my younger years, I don.t now because it puts me to sleep. Sux getting old. and it sux you lost your war on drugs. deal with it. Just legalize MJ on the federal level, tax it, and move on.

and it lays out everything from soup to bat nuts. As long as
you're 'impaired' -- and that's the LEO's call.

Weren't Marijuana offenders in those states already released from jail, and their record of illegal possession wiped?

What does the officer have you do to determine if you're driving under the influence of Marijuana? Does the breathalyzer test for alcohol and marijuana?

This will be an issue. You got .08 for alcohol, but if you smoke regularly, you will test positive for THC....the question is how much cannabis is actually in your blood as opposed to just testing positive and how much is considered "impaired"

Someone might not have smoked in 2 months but will test positive... are they impaired from weed they had 2 months ago?

I think both parties are putting on a good show for their audience. IMO the two parties already decided which one would 'win' the midterms.

The national news tonight featured Hunter and his corruption in Chian and Ukraine, speculating on what charges, if any would be filed and how soon. Their about face is pretty obvios now; bye-bye Biden.

Unfortunately, the intended damage has already been done.

they use blood, slivia and urine test, but set levels differently because thc stays in your system longer, some say they also use the standard DUI road side tests.

read they are developing a cannabis breathalyzer.

i'm pretty sure most states if you refuse it's a automatic suspension, usually the same length of time a first DUI.

been a while since i read about it or got my last DUI 35 years ago. now i ride when i partake instead of driving. the kid, well old man now, ain't going to prison for piddlin bullsh@@.

I agree. We all saw how Prohibition worked out in the U.S. If a majority of Americans are going to use it anyway, why should it be illegal?

I'll be happy when I don't have to go buy fake piss just to get a job while dealing with cranky alcoholics who can't be bothered to do their jobs properly.

And another point is they need to drop the whole MJ users can't buy guns BS.

MJ use has no bearing on responsible gun ownership/use.

I will always use the example that a raging alcoholic or even pill head can go buy a gun and off someone or themselves, but lord forbid you smoke a doob on a Friday night.

I won't say that this is the best post I've ever seen, but it is the best post I've seen today!
