The "nothing new about scandals" Clintons
THE CLINTON SCANDALS
Hillary Clinton's Skeleton Closet
Whitewater controversy
republicans see a scandal behind every tree, except in their own forest.
...and, when it comes to their own scandals, it appears that Liberal Democrats can't seem to see the Forest through the Trees.
I don't question a liberal democrat's eyesight...I question their honesty and morals. I'm sure they see the forest...they just choose to ignore it.
likewise
Gotta ask...does "likewise" mean you agree, that you agree but in the direction of the conservative republicans or that you question my honesty or morals. Could be taken three ways. I would agree with you on the first two.
change liberal democrat's eyesight to conservative republicans eyesight
Would you agree both are correct, or just one? I would say both.

Regarding hillary's crimes-how many people have to be involved before charges of conspiracy are brought forward?
I'm willing to bet that her aides/accomplices did most of the dirty work regarding the destruction of the drives-not to mention the ones we will probably find out about in the nsa that are probably in the process of removing all relevant data at the order of people higher on the chain than hillary.
RNC on Clinton: 'Even Nixon didn't destroy the tapes'
Clinton's lawyer informed the House Select Committee investigating Benghazi on Friday that Clinton no longer had copies of any emails from her four-year tenure as secretary of State, ending in 2013.
Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, reportedly told House investigators that after aides determined which emails were private and which were government-related, an account setting was changed to only save emails sent in the past 60 days, adding the setting was changed after she responded to the records request.
“Thus, there are no [email protected] emails from Secretary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of State on the server for any review, even if such review were appropriate or legally authorized,” Kendall said in a letter to Gowdy's committee, according to The New York Times.

Jesus, why do we care that our politicians are not just corrupt, but openly and defiantly corrupt? Do you really have to ask such an ignorant question?

Why do you care?
Whatever were you outraged about before there was even email? About the hundreds of pols who never even use email? About the fact that virtually nothing that important would ever even BE committed to an email to begin with?
This entire subject is a non-starter in addition to having already been beaten to death both here and in the media.
There simply is nothing left to say about it. In many, many peoples' opinions. No matter how outraged some people are or how much hand wringing and dramatizing some people care to do about it.
I agree. Disgusting

As used in this chapter, “records” includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, machine readable materials, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by an agency of the United States Government under Federal law or in connection with the transaction of public business and preserved or appropriate for preservation by that agency or its legitimate successor as evidence of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, operations, or other activities of the Government or because of the informational value of data in them.
(c) The Archivist may request advice and counsel from the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate and the Committee on House Oversight of the House of Representatives with respect to the disposal of any particular records under this chapter whenever he considers that—
(1) those particular records may be of special interest to the Congress; or
(2) consultation with the Congress regarding the disposal of those particular records is in the public interest.
The procedures prescribed by this chapter are exclusive, and records of the United States Government may not be alienated or destroyed except under this chapter.

Why do you want people to stop talking about your hero Hillary violating the law and continuing to violate the law?
Do you support a liar who has been connected to various deaths and a former corrupt attorney who fought to get child molesters off, and who was also fired by the firm that she worked for because she lied and violated the law back then as well?
Your mindless robotic support for her says a lot about yourself. It's sad and very pathetic. Guess what, nothing is going away, this is only the beggining of her life long lies and lawless nature being exposed. ~$heopleNation

The debate about her actions being legal or illegal -
Fall into the illegal category:
44 USC 33 - Federal Records Act
Defined -
As used in this chapter, “records” includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, machine readable materials, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by an agency of the United States Government under Federal law or in connection with the transaction of public business and preserved or appropriate for preservation by that agency or its legitimate successor as evidence of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, operations, or other activities of the Government or because of the informational value of data in them.
44 USC 3303a - Examination by Archivist of lists and schedules of records lacking preservation value; disposal of records
** - Some things to note - When you read the info you are going to see that they use the term archivist. No where in the text is Hillary Clintons name mentioned. When she addressed the issue she also stated that her lawyer went through the emails. Im not sure why she brought that up since the law doesn't include lawyers when you see the term archivist.
Also - For those going after Congress for demanding the emails -
(c) The Archivist may request advice and counsel from the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate and the Committee on House Oversight of the House of Representatives with respect to the disposal of any particular records under this chapter whenever he considers that—
(1) those particular records may be of special interest to the Congress; or
(2) consultation with the Congress regarding the disposal of those particular records is in the public interest.
44 USC 3314 - Procedures for disposal of records exclusive
The procedures prescribed by this chapter are exclusive, and records of the United States Government may not be alienated or destroyed except under this chapter.
She does not get to determine which emails are which. The archivist is the person who gets to determine that and can do so in conjunction with the agency head. However the final decision belongs to the archivist. When she destroyed the records it was outside of the requirements set forth in the law.
What we are seeing is the Legislative branch acting as a check on the Executive branch - which is exactly what the Constitution states.
Long story short she broke the law.
