Of course he's going to get away with it. He'll blame the paparazzi, the police will make an arrest or a token search and blame the paparazzi, and he won't even be arrested, because celebrities don't have to take responsibility for anything.

He's a reality star. This is reality.

Why should he expect privacy when he puts his private life on the screen for everyone to see?

He didn't put all his private life on the screen. There's been speculation he's transition to transgender, or a woman, he's been keeping this private. THAT'S why they've ben hounding him relentlessly.

Where have you been? He's in negotiations to turn his transition into a reality show. For a "private" thing, it's been very un-private.

Negotiations doesn't mean done deal.

Doesn't matter. You are making the claim that he's keeping his transition private, but the ongoing negotiations would indicate that his intentions are anything but.

I hate to say it, but it almost looks like he was texting while driving. If he is, I'll eat a MASSIVE dose of humble pie and you can all watch. Agreed?

I find this to be a HUGE no-no! I have family who does it and I'm on their case constantly.

PCH Closed in Malibu

One person was killed in a three-car pileup that involved TV personality Bruce Jenner on Pacific Coast Highway Saturday afternoon, authorities said.

Three cars crashed at about 12:15 p.m., according to an LA County Fire Department spokesperson. Seven people were left with minor to moderate injuries, fire officials said. Officials initially reported four cars were involved in the crash.

Bruce Jenner was driving an SUV involved in the crash but wasn't hurt, according to LA County Sheriff's Department spokespeople. It was not clear if Jenner caused the crash.

Jenner was not being chased by paparazzi at the time, deputies said, contrary to other media reports.

So now not clear if he caused it or not, now saying no media following him, yet how did we get the "wonderously glorious moment of impact" photos. I guess we'll learn more in the coming days.

The paparazzi have their networks and they know when someone they are watching is on the move and they stake them out like a sniper would his assassination target.

I guarantee you the person who got that impact shot made some decent money.

It is. You don't have anything to apologize for.

I'm willing to bet that the people in the thread making excuses for Jenner are only doing so because of him becoming a woman.

I'm seriously hoping you are trolling, or joking, not sure which.

Looks like he wasn't maintaining a proper following distance based on speed.

Also looks like the people in the other car were not wearing their seat belts(collision damage is bad but hit from a fairly good angle based on car type because hood crunched which should have ate up a lot of the force).

Also in regard to being followed, he is a celebrity unfortunately and that doesn't change driving requirements(like following distance)
