I am well enough! Thinking about hitting the hay soon, but I thought I would dart on here, since it is humid and warm in my room. When the open window has sapped some of the hated heat from the space, no doubt I will curl up in my pit, and slumber till dawn! How the hell are you today?

Well Dawg it's like this. I like to be cold when I sleep. It is warm. Therefore, sleep is harder than normal for me, because if my core temperature is too high, all I end up doing is kicking the sheets around the bed for three hours, while my eyes adjust to the gloom, until I can count the faint cracks in the ceiling, even in the dark. My night sight is secondary only to those who train for it, or so I am told.

Basically, I hate trying to sleep between April and September. It's a pain.

Put a fan on your feet. No further and no less. (The feet must be out of the covers)

It does wonders for those who have a hard time sleeping in humidity.

Been there and done that....but it doesn't always work. the majority of the time it does, but there is always the odd day.

Ah yes, the fan. It cools the feet, but has its own downside, namely the droning sound it makes, which is also perfectly capable of keeping me up for hours lol!

Well, he is welcome to it! I keep thinking that I ought to see if I cannot get some people together to build a cooling suit for this time of year. The idea of wearing a fridge, rather than occasionally clearing one out and sitting in it appeals to me! Lol!

Hey yer right Bud. I was not payin attention. I could blame that on the fact that I was at a banner maker site, or the fact that I was just daydreaming and lolly gagging. Ok, It was cause I was daydreaming and Lolly Gagging! LOL!!!
