CSI Miami: Horatio Cane played by the always annoying David Caruso! Every time he says something "important" he has his head slightly lowered then ever so delicately raises it while telling everyone about the astounding revelations he's uncovered. Give me a break! Lol.
Anytime someone does this with their sunglasses, it gives me the shivers!! He seems to do this often. Yuck.
