How would you run it? Government Idea Thread

This:

1. Divide the world into Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australasia, Russia, Persia
2. Advise the same basic rights to all, enforced by all. Rights defined by a religion not ignoring the past, not hiding the truth but focused on the best path for us. Not led by a group of men but by all followers.
3. Start teaching people of the new direction of a NWO again not ignoring the past teachings but accepting the realities of today.
4. Give people, groups and nations as much freedom as possible.
5. Have a power share by setting limits to resourceful and resource less, resources sharing, usage and repayment of goods would be fair to achievers first but not giving next generations little chance.
6. Map future scenarios which benefit all.

So the government sucks... How would you run things?

Also, one of the first thing I would do would be shut down the financial centers of the world by pulling the fiber optics out of their buildings... Everyone with a job title of "investment banker" or "financial consultant" would be reassigned to highway trash jobs and cleaning toilets.

Basically anyone with a job in 'economics' is given a new job of cleaning toilets and latrines.

I would start out small. The first directive would be tax code. Eliminate the IRS and institute a fair tax style law. My fair tax system would be, its not what you make, its what you buy. Level the playing field. If you want to drive a lexus, you'll have to pay more for it. Food and all utilities would be exempt from my fair tax. Homes would be 10% tax. All other purchases would be 25%. All purchases over 100,000 would be considered luxury, taxed at 35%.

Second directive would be personal/corporate bank accounts. All funds going outside the country would be tracked and taxed at a 50% rate. All funds in the country would be taxed at a set rate of 1% per 100,000 dollars per year. Anything under 100,000 is tax exempt and all figures round down. Personal bank accounts are exempt to 1 million. An exception will be made if you are a business owner and can prove you are putting at least 25% of your profit back into the community to non profit organizations.

Deleting the IRS must be a top priority. The IRS has been used as tool of presidents and a method of intimidation to the general population. The IRS is one of the government agencies that should be redirected to other initiatives... such as the search for Near Earth Objects that pose a threat to the planet Earth...

In a truly democratic society only those people who voted for the Iraq War would be called on to pay for it.

How about letting the world's population decide it's own countries/region's borders, rather than some rich old white guys? That would be a good start.

We don't live in a Democracy - we live in a Republic - big difference. I mean East Germany before the unification was the GDR - German Democratic Republic - do you think there was much democracy going on there?
