Yeah, I'm bragging about my wife.

I'm also admitting that she taught me something tonight.

Ooops, hit enter too soon.

Let me start again.

I'm calling out a member of ATS.

beezzersbride.

My wife.

Currently we are apart. Not separated, we are happily married. But I am in our new location, working, and she is back home with beez jr. closing out and prepping the move, etc.

Finances. Ugh. Stressful. Paying for a hotel here for months, keeping up with bills there, it gets stressful.

But she, tonight, put it in perspective.

A neighbor lost their job. So my wonderful wife bought them groceries, even got them a couple pizza's tonight. She told them to relax.

She put things in perspective for me tonight.

I'm bitching and whining over bills, future expenses, and she see's a hungry family. And feeds them.

I guess that's why she's my better half.

I'm proud of her, of her compassion, of her heart, of her ability to care, of her ability to put things in perspective.

She makes me a better person by being a better example.

I just wanted to share, not any accomplishment on my part, not any great thoughts, no profound realizations, but to share that I am lucky to be married to such a wonderful woman.

doing things for others in a Narcissistic society

is truly an act of bravery....brought about through a heart of kindness, which is one of the fruits of the spirit.

That is an awesome quote. And one that describes her beautifully!

Whatt'ya mean "not very profound?" It doesn't get much more profound than that. Way to go. Ms. Bunny-Beez! And to you, Mr. Bunny-Beez for being open to the language of the heart.

Having a loving and caring partner is the best gift one could wish for.

I too spend a lot of time away so I can understand the frustrations to speak of.

The little smiles on skype, the whispers of how much she misses you, the odd tear when she is lonely and wants to be hugged.

I get it mate, I'm currently away atm and hearing her voice, and that of my 2 children each evening helps keep me sane.

I cannot imagine my life without her.

Oh, I love pizza, especially with jalapenos and salami.

I just spoke with the bride of beezzer.

She got emotional, of course.

I told her she needs to post, herself, on this thread.

We'll see.

Okay.

I guess you cared enough to post.

But it's not about me.

It's about what someone taught me tonight.

How fortunate you are!

A good woman is hard to find, and a hard..uh..wait! How does that go again?!

(I think your wife is pretty lucky, too, Beez.

I know what your wife is like, and I bet some people laugh at what she does and call her a mug, Why because she put others before herself and people are not like that, they are cruel and cant understand why your wife would put herself out.

I know and you know, she has a soul.

Get back to her quick she is rare.

How do I know' because I have been married to someone like that for 35 years, always thinks of other before herself.

35 years?

Looks like I'm not the only one married to someone special.

Thanks for your reply.

And I want to thank everyone for their replies.

It made my bride cry. She was very touched and she didn't even think she did anything special, which makes her more the awesome.

Sounds like you guys are good people bro. If we all helped each other it would be a better world. Not forced to help people like the government does by raping our taxes, but just help folks on our own.
