It isn't about the power of the cartridge. It is the Italian war surplus weapon and the rapidity of the shots fired. I am not a novice to the world of firearms, and have shot Carcanos.
If you canvassed snipers, doubt that any would willingly choose that rifle from the ones available in 1963.

The Carcano has a very smooth action, better than my Remington and Savage, but not as nice as my Enfield. Shooting it quickly is a piece of cake; something any trained sniper or marine could do.

I'm certain that any sniper would choose something other than a Carcano, I probably would if I was a sniper provided I had more than $25 to spend. So if you were broke and wanted to start shooting people, what rifle would you purchase? For under $22 Oswald got something that was obviously up to the task.

Everyone knows the obvious issues on Jack Ruby. He was really Jacob Rubenstein and grew up in Chicago. Still Ruby was a major player in the drugs entering Texas, as the Mob wanted their cuts. Ruby was connected with all the major money operations in Texas and even to LBJ. LBJ had Nixon assign Ruby to a post, to spy for LBJ and Nixon called Ruby as LBJ's man.

Meyer Lansky gained favor with the FBI and Hoover during the war because Lansky hated Germans and was connected with killing many of them by tossing them out of windows to their deaths in and around New York. It didn't stop there as Lansky's gang controlled the shipping ports and any German activity there would be met with them being knocked in the head and left floating dead down the river. The Jewish Mafia was a huge asset in the war times with Germany and people like Hoover rewarded them with protection.

By the time all this corruption came to the issues of Dallas and JFK's visit huge levels of corruption existed in Texas. Texas was without doubt the Nexus of the Military Industrial Network that put into place Treasury people, Secretary of Navy people and lots of others. LBJ was even involved in pushing more military money into Texas via the TFX contract. Dulles even installed the German NAZI's in Texas to gain their rocket technology, and the head NAZI rocket guy live in Dallas. Texas was big oil riches territory and some of the Texas oil money was used to bribe Hoover and show him and his gay buddy a good time in Texas and California. Hoover was dirty on the issues of Mafia protection and big pay offs from people in Texas.

Jack Ruby was LBJ's dirty player in Texas and right in the middle of the JFK hit. JFK was Catholic and lots of the Jewish didn't like Catholics. Ruby backed Israel and ran guns to Israel, as did Meyer Lansky. Ruby didn't like JFK not backing Israels efforts to get a nuclear bomb. That was only one reason, but the other more important one is a group called PERMINDEX was connected with hits on DeGaulle and JFK. PERMINDEX was a huge Jewish protection operation connected with the Mossad and some of the US National Security methods via DISC and Hoover.

As Ruby was heading for trail for killing LHO, he occasionally let things slip out. Ruby leaked enough to get Dorothy Killgallon killed. One thing that slipped out was that LBJ was involved in the hit on JFK. The other more important thing he slipped out was there would be Pogroms against the Jews. What that indicated was the PERMINDEX involvement in the JFK hit, along with DISC. PERMINDEX is what Garrison was after in New Orleans and they had a lot of Zionist Jewish and pro-Jewish elements in their operations, plus direct Mossad connections that all backed Israel on anything.

Jack Ruby's biggest revelation via his" Pogroms against the Jews" fear was all about the PERMINDEX elements involved in the JFK hit. Some were Guy Banister and Clay Shaw in New Orleans, Ferenc Nagy in Dallas, and Jean DeMenil in Houston. DeMenil was connected with Schlumberger and the big Royalist banking in Europe. And connected with Tibor Rosenbaum and the Mossad funding banking system in Switzerland.

Ruby didn't want to explain the drug money laundering system set up in Swiss Banking by Tibor Rosenbaum to fund Israel's Mossad and weapons. But PERMINDEX was involved in the hit on JFK, and telling that link would have all American want Israel blown off the face of the map, which was the Pogram issue for Ruby.

It turns out the PERMINDEX gang wanted to set up the HL Hunt gang that was also involved in the JFK hit, and if LBJ, Hoover, and others didn't buy their plan to frame up LHO then they would tell about HL Hunt, all the Hoover pay-offs, and all the LBJ dirt in Texas that JKF was about to hang around LBJ's neck. Plus, had the Russians learned about the Hunt games to kill Castro, that might have caused a war with Russia. That was one of LBJ's excuses to cover up things.

Just after the JFK hit, Hoover has the FBI guys grab HL Hunt and get him out of Dallas, just in case things didn't go well for the cover-up demands. HL Hunt was extremely anti-Jewish and anti-Zionist so the upper level plotters did not mind hitting HL Hunt with the charge of murder of JFK to get their way via Black Mail of the Govt. factions.

These are the extended problems associated with Jack Ruby and his Jewish associations, and how the words Pograms got tossed out as an excuse, and why Ruby fingered LBJ as a major player in the JFK hit cover up. The real ultimate players on the JFK hit involved PERMINDEX, which is protected even today via the Jewish press and a system like Mockingbird. It is also why better movies on the JFK hit are not made in Hollywood, because of the Jewish control there. Even with Oliver Stone's movie, it was controlled by a Mossad Agent name Arnon Milchan, and Oliver Stone never got to tell the ultimate truth of the JFK hit. Jim Garrison wanted to talk to Louis Bloomfield in Montreal, who was the head of PERMINDEX and the Hoover DISC operations. Had Oliver Stone brought that up, along with the Ruby Pogroms comment a large part of the JFK murder case would have been properly exposed!

JFK send a demand letter to Ben Gurion on May 18, 1963. Ben Gurion did not reply and instead resigned the post on June 16, 1963. This fit the typical pattern of knowing that JFK would be hit and not wanting to be in any responsible positions. George de Mohrenschildt ran to Haiti to get out of the blame zone in June of 1963, just like Ben Gurion. Triple-agent Richard Case Nagell in Sept 1963 fired some shots in a bank, warned Hoover of the JFK hit, and was arrested to be shown not involved in the JFK hit due to being in jail. Such shows Israel knew what was going to happen. LHO shows up in Oak Ridge, Tn. on June 26, 1963. Everyone knew what caused the guns to turn on JFK.

Even a number of the JFK research types work to cover up the PERMINDEX and Jewish issues and one of the worst is Judyth Vary Baker, who was connected with LHO in New Orleans and played a role in these criminal operations to kill Castro, which turned into a plot to kill JFK. Judyth V. Baker, with Jewish Surnames, tries at every turn to suppress the Jewish motives in the JFK hit. She and LHO worked for Reily Coffee, which was Jewish connected via Jacob Aron's involvement. it appears this is why she attacks those who tell about the Jewish connections to the JFK hit. Her experiment killed a US person, which is murder also. Had JVB not gotten involved in Murder this man, LHO, and JFK would most likely have lived. imho

Jack Ruby is very much the red flag in the JFK hit via his Jewish connections, from the Mafia drug operations to the PERMINDEX operations to support Israel.

Another Hungarian with a Jeewish surname, Mandel, appears with PERMINDEX:

First there is Giorgio Mantello (Mandel), a Hungarian refugee, Austrian citizen, functioning in Italy, Switzerland, and elsewhere with financial transactions reaching throughout Europe, Africa, and America, who has, according to Paesa Sera, been condemned for his "criminal activities" in Switzerland. This latter revelation was originally carried in the August 19, 1961, issue of the Basel newspaper A-Z, which featured a report about directors of government agencies, saying: "In many articles we have justly spoken of the criminal activities of Messrs. [Ferenc] Nagy and Mantello." Mantello initiated a suit against the Swiss journal, then abruptly abandoned it, causing A-Z to observe: "Too bad; we would have heard some great things at the trial." Certainly one is led to wonder why, of all the hundreds of nations on earth, Nagy ended up in the United States; and why of all the thousands of cities in the United States, Nagy ended up in Dallas. According to the archives, this relation with the Rothschilds was dating back to the Second World War at a time when Bloomfield had for client Oscar Federer, the manager of the Vitkovice Mining and Iron Corporation of Czechoslovakia, an industrial complex held by the Rothschilds. Vitkovice was at the time the most important steel plant of Central Europe. After Lionel Rothschild was arrested by the Nazis, both Goering and Himmler tried to gain control of the company in exchange of Lionel’s liberation. Years after the War, Bloomfield was still an important attorney for the family, particularly for Baron Edmund. For instance in 1959, the Montreal lawyer was responsable for incorporating in Canada a major Rothschild company: Tri Continental Pipe Line Ltd, a corporation that was granted by Israel 49 years exclusivity on the use of a 16-inch pipeline between the Red Sea and Haifa port on the Mediterranean sea. Through the Canadian corporation, Tri Continental Pipe Line was able to save taxes that would have otherwise been paid to the State of Israel.
