Well, we spent the last 2 days on the road, no holiday fun, just work, about 900 miles in all

Boy I hate traveling on holidays, people who hardly ever get out on the interstate drive crazy insane!!
They think that little yellow 'YIELD' sign on the entrance ramp means 'GO'....ugh

To hell if there's wall to wall traffic in the left lane where you can't get over, they come right on out in front of you to where you nearly collide together like they have the right of way
Hard to stop on a dime when you're pulling a 40 ft. trailer, not to mention the poor truckers

And they drive like they're in the Daytona 500--in and out of traffic
[especially those Texans...LOL]

Hopefully, things will get back to normal on the highways now that the 4th is over with


Well, the next few weeks will be iffy as to my playtime here, but would like to say you guys are doing great work in the contest thread!!

I clearly see where I need to learn a thing or 2 .....or 3.........or 4......*sigh*.....when it comes to 'people' images
I need lots and lots of work in that department, big time!!!

every time i started working on it, i did it with a glass of wine.

I have had to give up the wine for now, so perhaps things will get better this week. I have one almost ready for the contest, and one for my own avi that I have worked on off and on for the last couple of months.
