funny how you only want those records for the first black president - no previous president supplied them, but as soon as the first black president comes along you demand all sorts of records from him!

No, I never demanded his records. I merely pointed out that unless and until he does so, no one knows where his college funding came from. That's just the reality. It would be an especially nice gesture on his part, and would certainly put an end to any such suspicions. But since I respect our privacy rights, I will protect his privacy rights in order to protect my own.

So in the USA when you move interstate you must hand all your records to the state government

not quite how you state it but yes, they already have them from the very beginning (provided it's a legal entry).
and should they need/require a record still held by a prior residential state (say you had a child in Nebraska, then moved to Oregon), they simply request it through professional channels and then it remains on file with the requesting state.

if your medical is subsidized by either the state or federal government, (any many millions are, think Medicare & Medicaid), then your 'records' belong to the govt.
you even have to pay to get copies.

no, it varies from state to state and not all states will honor requests from ALL of the others.

to this day, FL & PA don't communicate.
(example: you are in FL and need a hard copy of your PA birth record to obtain a license)
you cannot get a 'certified copy' from the FL vital records office.

you MUST contact PA (usually by snail mail) and deal with them directly. (the last time i had to contact them for a friend, it took nearly 3 months to resolve and actually get the hard copy in his hands)

If your BC resided in say, MO, you could go to the local, FL Vital Records office, pay a fee and walk out with a 'certified' hard copy, in your hand, for your personal use.

it is up to the US govt, not you, not the state you're entering and if you do not have it, you aren't supposed to get in.

If you are married in Canada, you are also considered married when you arrive in the US. repeating the process for stewardship of the record is redundant and ineffective.

if you have an Australian birth record and move to the US, you will still have an Australian birth record, however, the US government will retain the info and you will carry a 'certified copy' if you so desire, from state to state.

no matter which state you claim residency, a record of your birth (whatever its origin) will be held by the "Health Dept" of that state.

the Bush's have enough personal funding (without any govt assistance) to put half or more of TX through college.

this isn't about Bush, he wasn't/isn't the AA child who was funded by an UNKNOWN source.

hypothetical - Marco Rubio (FL Senate) has 3 children in college, all with loans subsidized by the govt and co-signed by mom & dad ... now, that 'debt' is 'commercial debt' and sellable on the open market.

if i have a job at a ... consolidation company ... i will have immediate online access to ALL of their funding information (relative to the loans) in order to 'sell' them a consolidation package.

let's say for fun, Obama wasn't POTUS and the girls were in college.
guess what ? if their loans met the above criteria, i could get to their information simply to DO my job, that's how it is here.

the govt owns the debt, hence the PEOPLE do, not any one person. Either We the People paid Obama's college debt or some other source did.

what the Bushs' did is irrelevant.

the big point about the funding is this ... if Obama was sponsored by the US govt, it is possible he had to commit fraud to qualify.

and if he wasn't, then we, his employer, deserve to know who paid for his 'services'.

I downloaded and opened that document in Illustrator day one, and I will never believe that to be a real birth certificate. I don't know why people don't care. It's just retarded that people accepted it and ignored Arizona pointing it all out. If you follow the steps that are all over google and honestly want to sit there and say that's legit it is bewildering. Try to pass something like that off that to get a job of your own.

This is a good one as far as conspiracy theories go. With everything that's been going on with this and well all the administrations it doesn't surprise me at all.

Tie in with exposable secrets, to presidents and CIA ops, and you with find a bigger death pool than what could be considered acceptable natural causes.
