We call it Happy slapping here in the UK. Here is a few idiots getting what they deserve.
Must admit I can't wait for someone to try this in Texas lol.
Slap...bang..the end.

To the "Happy Slapping" comment: Happy slapping (with an open hand) is a lot different than a closed fist and an attempt to knock a person out. Happy slapping usually doesn't come with a curb-stomping and robbery either.

Sure I did. The comparison between a slap and a violent racially motivated assault isn't even really all that relevant.
Also, as far as "all this gun talk" goes... If someone attempts to attack and knock out myself, my spouse or my child (an act that can cause severe injury, brain injury, dental injury, permanent disability and even death) then yes, they clearly DO deserve to be shot and killed in an attempt to stop that from happening.
If you don't value your life or the life of those that you love enough to defend it, that is up to you - but common sense, a basic will to survive and a parental instinct would drive me to shoot an attacker and frankly shoot to kill, not shoot to simply stop the knockout game. That fight or flight mechanism in people is actually a perfectly natural, normal and healthy reaction - I would be concerned with anyone who did not have it.

no. i get it.
in general i dont put much time and effort into caring about people.
that said, im not a cowboy. i think the punishment should fit the crime and it seems like the pro carry guys advocate being shot to death for this stuff and i just dont agree.
i love the way the dude that was walking with his lady friend tuned those guys up. they got a beat down, theyre in a bit of pain and they will think twice about pulling that stunt again.
i do not think the guy doing the slapping deserved to be shot to death for that.
you dont think that is a bit excessive?
maybe i am odd man out.
a beat down is fair punishment. murder, not so much.
guess im just not a tough guy cowboy

What you don't get is that a beatdown is happening, not a slap.
It isn't cowboy to want to protect yourself from a racist potentially deadly attack. To think so is really really simple.

so what is the cutoff? when is a beat down enough and when do you need to whip out the steel?
scratch that. it dont matter
i will just say that people like you, the gun guys with the shoot people to death attitude make me just as nervous as the knockout/slap guys.
i wouldnt feel comfortable around either of you and im glad neither of you live in my neighborhood.

Says the guy from the country that created Apartheid...
Well, if the knockout game spreads to your neighborhood I wish you luck. After you get your skull bashed in, you will have LOTS of time while in your coma to think about where that line is that "people like" me, the "gun guys" could have stepped in to save you.
Seriously, if ignorance is bliss then you must be THRILLED!

It is simple so try to follow the best you can...
You are comparing apples to oranges with your slap a chap day or whatever silly British thing that was...
Learn about the topic - RACIALLY motivated SERIOUSLY DEADLY assaults taking place - before you go off generalizing people as "cowboys" and "gun guys" etc. It only makes you look foolish and does not add to the topic at hand which is a growing style of unprovoked assault.
