I have answered your question. I am not going to answer it any further. My stand is all nations should give up nuclear weapons.

As for second issue about public proclamations of use of nuclear weapons by "senior" US/Israeli officers - you need to define what you mean by a "non-nuclear nation"? You also need to define what you mean by "senior"?
