Even in communistic USSR people were paid reasonable salary. Salaries were dependent on skills, although no one recieve very high salary.

I don't mean to suggest you're lacking some basic economic understanding of how the system worked under the Soviet Union ..but.. Well... That isn't remotely close to how it worked.

I'd love to see some actual REAL examples to support your presentation of it though, as it should be interesting (to say the least) in seeing what you're basing that on.

if you don't get the symbolism I don't know what to tell you.

oh i get the symbolism alright. a bank, a wallstreet bank no less, allowed a bunch of protestors to congregate inside its building and set up a base station for directing the activities of their protestors. a bank.

let me repeat that, a bank. and not just any bank, but one of the big globalist banks.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The reason they chose that space is two-fold... one that bank received 12 billion in bailouts... two it fell under the same zoning laws that Zucotti Park did, the lobby is zoned as public space.

Now back to socialism v fascism. Socialism is the worker owned means of production... fascism is when the private owners of the means of production also make the laws of the land.

you're not reading my posts entirely. the globalist bankers are in cahoots with the socialists. globalists have the means to crash capitalistic systems. they do this by getting socialists in control of the laws of a country and then under the guise of helping their fellow man (cough aca cough) create loopholes the globalists profit from. in exchange the globalists make sure they get in office, and this repeats, over and over, as many times a necessary to bankrupt the nation and steal all the wealth of the people, syphoning it directly into the hands of the globalists. the whole time this is happening, the socialists blame the guy down the street who owns a mom and pop business, so now mom and pop businesses have to pay more taxes, buy more permits, pay more fees and penalties, and more insurance and more insurance and more insurance, and did i mention, more insurance. all in the guise of helping their fellow man who gets poorer and poorer. this is so the poor can be counted on to finish the job by rioting and looting the remaining wealth from the people who have anything left.

so it's no big surprise that a bunch of socialists think it's not unusual to set up their command base in a globalist bank.

I saw this on FB and couldn't believe it.

What a greedy company. What i want to say is against T&C.

Couldn't Wal Mart DONATE the foods themselves since you know they ARE a store that carries everything and i mean EVERYTHING needed for Thanksgiving?!

It is pretty pathetic they are asking their already underpaid workers to support the even more underpaid workers.

Socialism is the worker owned means of production.

socialism has NEVER been worker owned. that is a fairy tale. globalist capitalists have always propped up socialist governments, provided their means of production and training, and even funded their revolutions because in the process of changing the gov from whatever its prior form of gov was, they get to steal all the wealth of the people. you can't get people to agree to socialism if they're comfortable, so you have to make them poor so they will agree to the government telling them how to think, what to eat, what to read, what to say and not say, and so on, ad nauseum and freakin' etc.

it's no accident that paulson refused to ask for a bail out for lehman brothers and that this happened just as obama was coming into office. he rescued the globalists interest, charged us all more taxes for it, and put millions of people out of work and in the poor house, over night. including elderly people who will never be able to recoup those losses. they prey on people like you, who are idealistic and just want the world to be fair. then, they show their true colors and by then, it's too late.

When your logic reconnects this might make better sense to you... if I go around saying that I'm a member of of the Tea Party, but I keep voting Democrat am I actually a TPer? No. Same applies here. If a government a 'leader' claims to be a socialist and takes over Russia but never turns production over to the people is he a Socialist? No, he's a Capitalist Dictator.

absolutely correct, but he manages to convince people to go to his competition on the other side of the globe and sell him the socialist pipe dream, which doesn't work, has never worked, and has been repeatedly shown to just make everyone miserable and hopelessly enslaved with no options remaining to rise above it. the idealists see the inequalities of life that the socialists are pointing out and agree to let these people take over their country, then when the dust clears they find they are owned lock stock and barrel by the very capitalists they thought they were fighting against.

the formula is predictable now, after seeing it destroy many nations. i thought the usa was gonna dodge that bullet, but nope.

use to be the stores would donate their own supplies not ask the employees to. that's how globalists work. they tell the almost poor to donate, be charitable, ignore the fact we will call you greedy capitalists in our socialist news papers so that the indigent can be counted on to steal your toothbrush, underwear and family mementos later on, when we pull the rug the rest of the way out.

Back to scumbag Walmart...

I think it's entirely possible to shove this monster down the garbage chute and hit incinerate. The key is going to be to start hitting them where people have plenty of other options to choose from. In many places Walmart is the only store around.

I don't disagree with this....not entirely. But what about my eariler story. My wife works in a state run mental hospital as a nurse. They do something similar. Should we not expect our government to put as much effort into the care of mental patients as it does drafting gun legislation? Would the "unlivable wage" issue in her state facility not be just as negligent on the part of our mental services? Why can the State of Texas HHS facilities do this kind of thing, but Wal Mart can't?

Wal Mart makes a fortune becaose of the money spent there by folks like you and I. The same folks who for years have complained about how Wal Mart treats their people. The same Wal Mart that is bashed for just about everything they do. People have a lot to say about Wal Mart. And they seem to be saying while in the checkout line, spending their money.

Homer, you are a man that can actually DO something. I have seen it. I know you have values similar to mine, because I have seen you and your mini me in photos being close and being active. I feel a connection to the man that you are...

....so I am sure you understand my frustration when I say that America is a nation of bluster, but no action. We are like a chihuahua, all bark and no bite. And thats a damn shame.

well do you have an explanation for why there's only walmarts now?
let's see how that works:

1. make the small businesses go bankrupt by bringing in mega corps who have nearly unlimited funds to bankrupt their competition.
2. create loopholes so the mega corps can write off all their taxes while making sure small business pays out the nose.
3. remove regulations from the globalists but make sure the local businesses have so many regulations and have to pay such exorbitant sums to even start a business that few if any, will ever succeed. you don't want them to succeed anyway because capitalism is evil. for everybody but the globalists, of course. and you agree to the globalists being rich cause they support socialism.

rinse wash repeat.

Baloney.

I live in a small west Texas town. There are other options. And when it comes to spending money, "if you build it, they will come".

I used to live in Laramie, WY. When Wal Mart opened its super center there on the East side of town, the local business community fought back. They organized a more bohemian type of movement that brought awareness to the things that made the local business community special. And special it is...it is one of the most interesting historical towns I have ever been in. A real gem, in my opinion (despite the Matthew Sheppard affair).

If people want to eschew Wal Mart, it is simply a choice. For my family the choice was, we hate their clothing (they cater to the lowest common denominator most often). Their groceries are not better or cheaper than HEB, a Texas owned/operated chain of grocers. Their electronics are no cheaper than I can find online. Same with their appliances.

This isn't 1995. The internet negates the "they have no other option" in most cases.

An ironic thing is, how many of us complain about how evil Walmart is, yet still find ourselves shopping there anyway?
EXACTLY

a mutual rule by all of us should be only shop at Wal-Mart unless you also shopLIFT from Wal-Mart.
