OMG! More Chemtrails! And this time it's trimethyl aluminum!

www.space.com...

Not only do they not try to hide it, they boast about doing it!

High altitude lithium dispersal + haarp = ???

Sure seems like a lot of money to send up multiple rockets, just to measure the jet stream. Isn't that what weather balloons are supposed to do?

Lithium, why lithium.

All i know about it is that its a metal used in battery's and as a treatment for mental patients as it helps reduce the severity and frequency of mania

Anti-panic chem spray?

It keeps people doped up so they can't fly off the handle.....We don't want anyone challenging the government's policies now do we.

They were looking at the ionosphere winds. There has been very little study of how solar winds and the atmosphere interact at that altitude. Almost nothing can get that high unless it's going into space.

And how is a few pounds, at several hundred thousand feet going to do that?

Maybe they are trying to dope up the geese.

NASA has used lithium to do testing in the atmosphere on occasion before supposedly for testing refraction of light to test theories. I saw stuff about this a couple years ago, it is not about chemtrails, it was a test to learn what happens with certain chemistry in the atmosphere. It was announced ahead of time. No big deal

Now we can all get a good rest and think all is well with the world...NOT!, lol.

Funny you mention the testing of the refraction of light. I found this paper regarding the Efficient non-volatile holographic recording in doubly doped lithium niobate.

Abstract. We present an efficient, non-volatile holographic storage scheme in doubly doped lithium niobate, with red recording light and simultaneous illumination by homogeneous ultraviolet light

i am thinking this may be related to project blue beam

How long will a balloon last in 200 to 300 mph winds?

Exactly. and how much do some think is going to fit into this...

Not at over 100,000 ft altitude it isn't - and given the max payload of those rockets is, IIRC, a couple of hundred pounds, how much dose would that amount to for each person on earth even if administered directly??

This is just another beat up by a chemmie desperate to prove that chemtrails exist by expanding th definition far and wide to include stuff that actually isn't secret, isn't from airliners, doesn't make long white lines across the sky, etc.

According to this sort of definition you make a chemtrail every time you breathe!

This is a lot higher than the jetstream, which is from about 25-50,000 feet depending on lattitude.

Also appalling lack of searching by the OP - this topic has already go 2 threads - www.abovetopsecret.com... (which is still on page 1 of Geoengineering threads!) and www.abovetopsecret.com...

Okay, Tinfoil hat time...

Just speculation, I don't believe it, but I like to throw a thought out there.

LIthium is highly reactive to a charge, its why we use it in batteries , what would the effect of it in the sky be when a charge is added, say amplification of radio signals.

Anyone with a technical background in material science know what the effects of directing a charge into lithium in the atmosphere?

Also Lithium is often use in air filtration systems to absorb carbon, so again, there are plausible uses for atmospheric dispersal.

How ever all that does not negate the HOW, WHEN, and Why, requiring the infrastructure to pull off.
edit on 25-10-2013 by benrl because: (no reason given)

Your surprisingly close to the truth good guess. These experiments were conducted from the martial islands they arent hidden scientists all over knew about it. This isnt chem trails unless all those people who see chem trails saw huge rockets fly into the ionosphere. Metal Oxide Space Cloud experiment (MOSC), which is studying radio frequency propagation.NASA did an EVEX experiment and heres a very cool picture.

www.flickr.com...

What there studying is the interaction between the ionosphere and radio frequencies so you nailed it.

"chemtrail" is a general term for chemical dispersal behind a moving vehicle.

It absolutely does not mean or have any linkage to:
1. NWO depopulation conspiracy
2. USG global warming conspiracy

OH REALLY?

You know that HOW?

What evidence convinced you of that?

BTW, I don't include as "evidence" intense prior inherent biases etc.

Lithium is an alkali metal with some useful chemical properties in batteries. It's not "highly reactive to a charge", whatever that might mean. Radio signals don't carry charge. And a fog of chemicals won't amplify a radio signal.

Anyone with a technical background in material science know what the effects of directing a charge into lithium in the atmosphere?

First you'd need some way to deliver a charge. But if you did, you'd have ionized lithium.

Nothing? HAARP, if it were still on the air, couldn't begin to hit that with a radio signal. If it COULD, it wouldn't do much of anything.

In God's name, how? The article you're citing describes a way to record data into a solid block of glass-like material using a UV laser.

They're supposedly looking at scintillation caused by ionospheric turbulence.

Of course, it's also possibly a handy counter against the current method for SAR interdiction - what you're seeing is a counter-counter measure being dinked around with.
