You mean the trophies they make to honor themselves?
You mean those trophies that they expect you to worship as gods?
Talk about dogma.

No you can check my thread I have made. Hillary is a true beast. I have made threads about our government both sides. How about Hillary making deals in South America giving away USAID money to other countries and only Walmart is allowed to buy the products from them. And that falls in line with the NSA spy on other countries crap. How about McKinsey and company. Never heard of them? You should see who Chelsea is working with. They are a NSA front putting CEOs in corporations around the world to allow the NSA to spy.

Then why do you put the blame solely on the Republicans then????

I am not disagreeing with you at this point.

What you just said, goes along with my comment on feeding the two headed beast! The blame game has got to stop! The only way that is possible is from the ground up! (voters)

Two heads, ONE belly! Feed the beast, or cut off both of it's heads. Your choice!

I love watching how the progressives are falling all over themselves with this event. Oh...it's ok when they do it, but apparently others can't unless they fall in with what the brownshirt progressives think should be.

After all, they are only looking out for us.

On second thought, maybe they should be looking out for us. Because we are coming.

I bet little barry is throwing hissy-fits right about now.

Each one who is carrying a barricade is guilty of theft. No matter how long they had the barricades in there possession before they dropped them. They deprived the proper owner of the items. And how much do you think our government wasted buying each one? Probably enough to charge them with grand theft.

They sure do look a bit worried about that don't they.

What about the 'theft' of our rights?

If the barricades were bought by the government then they are owned by the people. Maybe they are just being moved to a place where there are more needed.

Why not vote out the extremist of both parties and see what happens when the parties can meet in the middle. Oh I forgot. That is why the republicans hold on to the extreme right. It moves the middle to there side. The middle never moved the right did. And you can't do crap like vote them all out or it will be even worst next time.

Our government is like a corporation. Just because a share holder bought a share they can't take all the money in the corporation. If that is how it works I want one share of Apple.

That is where we lost before this ever got started. They signed a waiver before the shut down ever started. The military and NSA will spy for ever unless you target them. The Shut down does not effect them at all. Hell they did a rendition in Libya and tried to do one in Somalia for Kenya mall attacks. That should show you they have not been effected in any way. Hell they even got Silk Road and are going after bitcoins. No stopping the spying and covert wars.

What JBA2848 is referencing is the frequently violent receptions that Occupy received in its variants across the nation. That was very rarely televised and to Fox news' credit, they did have helicopters showing what happened in Oakland on Oct 26, 2011.

A small sampling of what those livestreams showed:

Boston Veterans:

Washington DC:

Or how about, for those with limited time, a compilation:

So what you see in the NBC video is nothing...absolutely nothing in compared to the violence that was received by Occupy. Regardless of what a protest represents, should it be that women get beaten with batons, dragged by their hair, or smashed to the ground? Or that downed protesters and good samaritans should be flash banged? Or how about a recording passerby being shot with a rubber bullet? Or veterans being knocked down to the ground? The way that I read JBA2848's comment is that there is a disparity of treatment in regards to protesters and it has long been remarked on because of the difference between the reception of the two different protesting groups. It's really very remarkable. At the time, the chatter within Occupy was trying to comprehend the reason for that difference. It's still a very, very good question.

And for the record, last I checked, Occupy was considered a "progressive" movement, was it not? This is how their so-called "loving POTUS" treated them. Last I heard, he didn't say jack about what was being done in any public manner. And really, neither did any of the major media. So if JBA2848 sounds bitter, it's probably because he, like I, viewed some pretty horrific things going down. I, for one, will never forget and I doubt he will either.

P.S. I also want to point out that the lump on the ground in the compilation video was an Iraq veteran with Veterans for Peace by the name of Scott Olsen: www.reuters.com...

Seriously how does a video like this actually further the cause of these demonstrators, it does not make them look "good", to me it makes them look like a bunch of folk out to cause some chaos and antagonize the officers.

Lastly, I dont think i would call this a "clash" more of a "tension"

if you want to see what a real "clash" between protestors and police look like go spend a week Athens.

The location you chose for an example didn't do much to ease that uncomfortable feeling I've had the last few days.

Sure hope the video doesn't turn out to the trailer for the main attraction starting soon.

Why is it when ever there is a protest the same fat old lady dressed in and holding a Amriecan flag appears ?

Same rule applies in the UK. Every protest there has to be one guy with a Mohawk.

Huh?

This makes absolutely no sense. Because of a few extremist repubs the middle moved? What about the extremist dems? It seems to me that they would cancel each other out. And they often do. Just look at what's going on in DC right now. The Senate (controlled by the dems by the way) won't even compromise.

Seems to me that the dems are causing the current problems in the U.S. more than anything. They are acting like little spoiled brats.

And it is called the middle, because it's a fixed point. The middle will always be the middle.

Thanks for posting that. I think people should see the difference in how the protest are being treated. And it should open a dialog for why is there a difference? It don't matter which side your on. The difference is plain to see. Why the difference? Could be it i s planned and orchestrated to advance the governments agenda covertly.

The extremist on the left like Pelosi? She mad e a deal to not impeach Bush and was given around 30 million in profit from Apple and Steve Jobs being taken under the wing of the government. Given technology for iphones. Given protection in the media by the BBG Broadcast Board of Governors. All bad media squashed. All mentions of being hacked squashed. Hell the BBG leader wrote the book for Steve Jobs and is doing the movie. No I am serious. He wrote the Biography on him. And is doing the movie. Even the courts protected Apple from lawsuits that should have never been thrown out on patents on technology. They are bring those lawsuits back and winning now.

But back to Pelosi. She was given free rights to tax cigarettes and any thing else she wanted. They tried to do it on sugar. That is Pelosi and her Bush deal.

The problem. Corrupt deals to protect corrupt people. Yea vote her out too.
