No doubt there is a Bigfoot, though the videos they showed, I highly question if they are real if any without further analysis, by me or others or both.

There is less than 4 pics or videos that I trust real.


The close up of Chewy with the Huge over and underbite seemed to have a hard time moving its jaw!

So Sasquatch is an extremely illusive creature, can evade capture and regularly evade even video capture yet find one sleeping under a tree and you can walk right up on him and video it?

As if thats a bloody Bigfoot asleep. Is he drunk? why didn't the camera man get better footage than a hairy brown lump? What else happened during that event? Did the camera man simply decide "yep thats enough footage, on my merry way"... Did the bigfoot eventually stir awake and run off?

Well, they didn't say they released all the video. I imagine those are just short clips of the actual videos. If they are actually legitimate, I'd guess they have a heck of a lot of video. That plus DNA would seal the deal. But I'll hold off until that proof is found. Does seem too good to be true.

Wow...just wow. I have to admit, that close up on the face looks a lot like chewie...
But if the DNA evidence holds up, an I mean by showing the mother as human, but the father as an unknown, it would be truly revolutionary.

I wondered what prompted them to finally come out with the evidence? I think it was a good idea IMHO, jumping the gun without sufficient evidence would have a lot of people scoffing at it, but even still I bet a lot of people scoff at it now. Some people are not willingly to see this with an open mind.

That is the stupidest, lamest, cop out in the history of the world and I am sick to death of hearing it. Even if they did charge them the person that brings in a body would be world famous overnight and probably become richer than $#@%.

I don't believe for a second there aren't millions of people who would take the slight risk of prosecution for fame, wealth and glory.

That said, it looks like a black guy with glued on hair, nose and caveman brow.

If bigfoot is real and your first reaction is "Kill it for fame!" you are kind of a dick, and I'm a hunter. I'd hate to go down in history as the guy that kills bigfoot, it would bring to much shame on me and my family name. If big foot is real it deserves to live, I want to learn more about it. i'd assume it is related to us, and if it avoids us I'd say it's probably pretty smart.

I don't disagree, they are there. But chewbacca is an inspired creation. Chewie sharing features with bigfoot or an unknown ape isn't beyond reason.

I don't BELIEVE in bigfoot, but the speculation isn't in the realm of crazy. It's with in reason. I'm sure some of the mythical fish looked similar to other fish and fish like creatures before being officially rediscovered on record. Maybe we have an ape that coincidentally looks like chewie.

You get close enough to watch him walk around and sleep in the bushes you can't shoot him with a tranq dart?

The million dollar question right there also notice how in every clip the face of "bigfoot" appears the face expression never changes or moves, just the eyes, also if it is somewhat connected to any ape family or descendance, wouldn't it at least noticed the film crew, or smell them, and run or attack? I keep a open mind for anything and everything, but I can't help but noticed these details.

I'm guessing this Bigfoot is now over 55 years old, slower than he use to be, and nearly applying for a bus pass!

After looking deep into this I have no doubt this is true, unfortunately it's been squashed by 'the scientific agenda'.
What a shame we aren't allowed to know the world the way it truly is. Everything is filtered so that what is true and what we are 'allowed' to know are two very different things :/

Considering how few bigfoot get seen, the gene pool must be tiny, the interbreeding will produce idiots and deformities that will make them die out, or are they immortal?

Is this in the same category as Jeff Meldrum, calibre-wise? According to the link, Todd R. Disotell says Dr. Melba Ketchum and the rest of em are a laughing stock and wacko. Are they?

It's not great science and it's not peer reviewed science, so it's not science, is it?

What you think? Are people like Jeff Meldrum crazy or delusional? And can Jeff Meldrum be compared to Dr. Melba Ketchum? Or are they not in the same league?

If you go to the link, you'll see an update that it has passed peer review, as far as Jan of this year.
Give this a chance, are you here on ATS to debunk? or converse with other like minded individuals on something that has fascinated us since childhood, to be able to talk about things that you normally wouldn't talk about with people not in this same circle.

This material HAS NOT passed peer review. Dr. Ketchum published her own magazine reviewing her own work and she is now calling that peer review, which it of course is not.

The mighty peer review process...needs to be adjusted. It consists of a circle of scientific minds who all subscribe to the same ideology. None willing to step outside of their comfort zones.

Ketchum didn't conduct the tests herself, she sent samples to various labs who came up with results. When they learned what the samples were most backed out and didn't want their lab mentioned.

We've explored space, Mars, the moon, and the deepest part of the oceans. I think that if there was a humanoid mammal walking around with us, we'd know by now. I'm ashamed of the human race every time I hear or see someone talking about Bigfoot. How stupid do you have to be to think that some huge slow gorilla looking humanoid has evaded observation for thousands of years, esp in this new age of technology and surveillance?

Next time you are on a plane, look out the window when you fly over the Rockies or Sierra Nevada mountains. There's thousands of miles of nothing up there. I suppose you also think we've seen all there is to see on Mars, in the ocean and on the moon as well?

I never insinuated any such thing, if you read carefully. I just said we've been to those places.

Obviously we don't know all the species alive even on our own Earth, however, a giant humanoid gorilla is not one of those unknown species. If there was a humanoid gorilla living on Mars, we would have detected it by now, hypothetically speaking of course, assuming Mars had an atmosphere, etc...I'm just saying, all it would take to prove Bigfoot exists is a DNA sample. ALL it would take is ONE HAIR, or one pile of steamy Bigfoot dung, or a dead body, a fossil, ANYTHING! And the fact that we haven't encountered or scientifically proven that any of those things exist, not one hair or fossil or dead body mind you, means that it %100 doesn't exist.

But there is DNA evidence... The problem is that there is no other DNA like it to compare to. There are plenty of hair samples out there. Read the report.

No, there IS NOT DNA evidence. The claimed evidence was garbage. It was a mixture of known creatures and did not stand up to actual testing. There is not an unknown 8 foot gorilla roaming around the Americas. The video you are looking at is as fake as the one put out by Rick Dyer last year. These people take donations from the gullible and then churn out garbage like this to "prove" that they aren't committing fraud. To see how this goes, check out the "Bigfoot" page on FB. Painfully obvious question: If you could get video, why would you not be able to tag one? To get clear unadulterated DNA? To set up a trailcam and film them on a regular basis? Produce a body? Produce dung? The answer is obvious...because the videos are fake. --facepalm--

Obvious answer to anyone who has seen one...we aren't dealing with an animal but a hybrid with human intelligence. Basically a tribe of people with physical and sensory abilities our DOD would kill for.

Come on people. This "evidence" is crap. You can almost go blind trying to pick Bigfoot faces out of the pixels in these lousy videos and photos. And you can get close-ups of a sleeping Bigfoot for 30 seconds but no longer, and you couldn't wake it up and get it to walk around so we can see the whole body? Nope. Confusing close-up or blurry long shot. Nothing in-between.

DNA evidence? Okay, fine. Let's see it. Let's get a peer review; do it right. Otherwise:

Would you chance waking a creature which when angry with humans kills them by twisting their head off like a coke bottle? Or would you be as still and quite as you can so you can make it home to your family? Careful with your answer because until you're in that situation you can't accurately answer this.
