Star! Yours is the only logical explanation in the whole darned thread. But those would be the biggest Fulgurites I have ever seen.

Is it a horse struck with lightning.. it looks like some horse shoes there..
This propably walked with 4 feets and we us stupid people want everything to walk with two to make a case of abnormal.

Those look more like Fulgurites which are caused by Lightning. That would explain the big booms...
Fulgurites are natural hollow glass tubes formed in quartzose sand, silica, or soil by lightning strikes although they can be formed by a meteor impact, those are often not rope shaped or hollow.
I would say pass it on to Dr Greer he's the one who has access to variety of scientists who can examine this thing...?

That would explain the cast manifold/geode/horse hoof appearance of some of the chunks.
Still far less likely than an Alien giving its life to save a small town in the Yucatan, but we really should keep an open mind.

I am keeping an open mind.
However those do not represent parts of ship nor any being. Now if a ship impacted at the velocity of say a meteor impact, then those still could have been formed.
If for some reason a UFO gives off an electrical discharge or a unknown Ancient Defense system that gives off electrical discharges...again those could form.
They are not however a charred remains of any sort of being horse or alien. They are Fulgurites.

The fireball impacted just outside the town, destroying a few small buildings and melting several power lines, no one was reported hurt in the incident.
Local police and some residents who attended the crash site, recovered pieces of burnt debris from the scene, including several melted objects which look mechanical in nature.
The most interesting find was a charred humanoid figure, roughly 12 inches in height, with a head, two legs and two arms.
I wonder if it is possible that one of the small buildings that was destroyed by the fireball contained a 12 inch tall statue and objects which look mechanical in nature?
That would present the possibility of no alien presence.

The fact that even some people believe this crap, is why UFOlogy is such a joke.

I am aware that it probably not an alien, but he story is interesting..and worthy of a little investigation to discern the facts. That is why I posted it to ATS. Now I am happy for peeps to debunk it but until a plausible explanation is given it is not debunked.
I would be interested to knowing how you know this to be crap. Is it a hunch on your part. Are you seeing something I am not and if so could you kindly share..
The glass formed is called lechatelierite which may also be formed by meteorite impact and volcanic explosions.
