I think the spiritual aspect is the key, that "technology" is a funny word that is limiting our ability to understand this ET thing (advanced tech being "magic" to us). And I think it is this "magical" or "spiritual" aspect to the ET thing that is preventing us from understanding it because the real investigators bring the physical/material paradigm with them into their research and it goofs up or limits what they can learn.

Some of the ATS people can understand "complicated" stuff, if given the best available information. No reason to avoid sharing because you think that folks might not get it because "it" contains a strong spiritual/psychical component (like lemonade contains a strong citrus component. LOL).

Very interesting post I think the spiritual aspect is probably correct, but can't prove it. I'm not trying to avoid answering when I suggest the issues are complicated, it also means I haven't got a good explanation. Big problem for skeptics and believers alike, is that they come up with solutions that fit part of the facts, but not all of them. It is my opinion that we need to remove the stigma that attaches to those who study phenomena so that we can get the best and brightest working on these complex problems.

Thanx

Thank you for being here and taking time to answer questions.

Have you ever heard of or do you know of any studies/plans by commercial companies to use telepathy ( strong senders) as a means of influencing consumers to purchase a product or brand?

Thanks again for the opportunity to ask you questions.

My question is - With less than lethal devices becoming more common (and advanced/compact/portable), do you see them being used against friendly forces (or civilian) instead of the usual lethal attacks? (Not by governments, but by terrorist types of groups)

For instance - With the recent mall attack overseas, there were rumors that the attackers spared a certain group of people. With a less than lethal device(s), an attacker(s) could gas a building to minimize resistance. The gas would also minimize outside interference due to a lack of the usual gunfire, people screaming, phone calls, etc. The attackers would be able to protect their certain group and dispatch the rest at will. Alert of the attack would be delayed for hours possibly. The chance to kill/apprehend the attackers would be difficult.

I have other scenarios of where the devices can cause great harm to our troops...but I don't want a thumb tack next to my name, so I won't post it here. The Active Denial System is one that scares me if it ever becomes portable (backpack with a shield like emitter).

Thank you,
Chuck

Hi John,

Great of you to answer our questions.

You say you are friends with Uri Geller, what do you think of the fraud claims especially based upon the Johnny Carson (with help from James Randi) TV interview where Uri wasn't allowed any contact with the experiment by him or his team.

He ended up not doing the test saying he wasn't feeling right yet had earlier seemed to be fine.

Personally I have always felt Uri was a faker but as a friend what are your thoughts on him.

The interview is available on Youtube, I didn't include for your time consideration.

The Randi/Carson incident is misunderstood. I suggest reading the new book The Secret Life of Uri Geller which covers what really happened. I once explained to Randi something I saw Uri do, but did not tell him the source. He said it would be a million dollars. What I can state is that I have personally observed him doing PK in a manner that defies conventional explanations. FTR, we did have magicians work with us when I was doing that for the military, and I know most of the tricks.

What skeptics often say to him is "If you're so psychic, why aren't you rich?" Uri's reply is "I am!" Point here is that he has made a fortune by dowsing for minerals for mining companies. Spoon bending may be ostentatious, but his quieter work goes by unnoticed. That said, he is an unabashed showman and loves the attention. Personally, he is a great guy.

Mr. Alexander have you had any dealings with the Dyatlov Pass Incident? and if you have what is your theory or opinion on what happened to the hikers and the condition of their bodies

I have heard of the incident but have no more information than you do and not enough firsthand data to make and informed guess.

Thank you. The sense that I got from his Roswell fluctuations is that something most definitely occurred and it was most likely not anything that was being suggested in the public sphere, which was likely a strange loop. Considering what the base near Roswell was, I could think of a few other things that could have occurred that would've warranted such a response.

My grandfather was extremely reluctant to talk about most things for pretty good reason. He came under suspicion for being a potential security leak in the 60's and nearly destroyed his career among other things. My name is White Alice because he was so frantic at that time that he overreacted to my mother naming one of the sites (plus it's fitting for a public forum lol). The few times he did talk about something, he'd use logic to assume whether it was declassified or not (25 years) and would observe that he wasn't certain if it was, in fact, declassified. It almost always was something that he felt like we needed to know. That's how we knew he worked with a-bombs. Overall, that one little incident was enough to make my family paranoid of being possibly under surveillance and is most likely the source for the exception. An extreme response to an extreme situation.

Thank you again. I'm very glad to hear that not every military family of a certain rank or above is that way.

and on the other hand you seem to be distrustful of anything that would incriminate your government.

I am actually quite distrustful of many things the USG has done. Like most Americans, I find the quality of our elected officials to be abysmal. I think several aspects are well out of control, from eavesdropping to the war on drugs, failure to hold banks and Wall Street accountable for the near collapse of the global economy and manyother things. It is not blind obedience to support the USG by any means. That said, having looked at the 9-11 CTs, they simply don't hold up

Isn't the reason for this being that satellites and good old fashioned spy work tend to be more definitive than RV? With RV, it'd be hard to verify if the viewer was correct on all counts and in interpretation of what they had viewed remotely. You can have a dozen people analyze a satellite image or specific physical intel but with RV, I would imagine that a certain level of ambiguity would be inherent.

The RVers hate it when I say "sometimes they get it right." From an intel perspective I think RV is a good queuing mechanism that can tell you where to look further. While I believe they get it right sometimes, I would not commit to a course of action without confirmation from multiple sources. But that is true for ALL intel methods

Have not heard of that but doubt it would be as effective as the current advertising company approaches. They are quite powerful and there is little evidence the method you have asked about would ever work.

Hi Colonel, me again.

I'd like to ask your opinion on the subject of time travel in connection to some of the strange occurrences that happen.

In terms of technology, we've come on in leaps and bounds over the last hundred years. According to experts we have about another 4.5 billion years left before the sun dies, so i think it would be a safe bet to assume that the human race will discover time travel within that period. If that is so, then although we cannot travel now, we could be receiving visitors now, from the future. Thus, in effect, time travel is happening now.

So i'd like to ask whether there are any strange occurrences that you have seen which could be attributed to this? For instance, people or things disappearing into mid air, UFO's, strange beasts, etc.

I have written about these issues many times. (see Future War and Winning the War both books on NLWs plus various articles) Most importantly, technology is neutral. it is the intent of the user that makes all the difference. The most noted use of an incapacitating agent was the Russian application of M-99 in the Dubrovka Theater siege in Moscow in 2002. Use was far from perfect but 700 hostages did get out alive.

As for the ADS, I wouldn't worry about it. I have been subjected to it years ago and find it quite impressive. It is not likely to to a hand-held device for two reasons. The main one is power. That will be too big to carry for a long time. The second is that the antennae needs to be a certain size to transmit at the right frequencies, in this case 95 GHz. The ADS will provide users the standoff distance necessary to remain outside of rock-throwing capabilities (about 180 feet).

That is a Catch 22 isn't it. In fact novels have been written about the concept. Most of them address the problems that would occur if even a minor change occurred quite a while back, it might have profound impact in the present or future. If time travel ever is achieved, it would be most interesting to know how those conundrums are resolved.

As for ET propulsion systems, I come down against any nation having reverse engineered them. Se my Ten Trillion Dollar Challenge for the reasons why.

Dear Col.,
Dunno about ET Propulsion, but I have developed my own Anti Grav propulsion and am currently working on the demo version. You may chk the links in my signature, if you have the time and inclination for it.
On another note, was just wondering if you were associated with Los Alamos or UC Berkely in Aug / Sept 2010, when I was in touch with their Tech Transfer offices. Needless to say UC Berkely or the JPL wanted to own my tech.

I have to say I think about it now and then and nothing paranormal

hopefully someone somewhere will be able to explain it.

Thanks again for your valuable time, it's very much appreciated
