This is a Firefox issue, it's happening on just about every site that has Flash video, that means it's the browser not the sites. Use Chrome,
Safari, or IE.

I've never seen anyone with 190,356 stars before Springer. Well done.
On topic: This isn't the first time Firefox and Flash have had issues. It would be nice to see those issues resolved, once and for all. I would really hate to give up my Firefox.
Chrome is a good browser, but I still don't like it, because of other issues.
