I am calling hoax on that video.
I have watched it in slomo a dozen times.
ONLY one craft actually shoots off while the other one stays.
BUT, one thing that is funny is that after they both show streaks, the second fades out completely and then reappears.
Watch it in slomo and you will see. between 1:03-1:04:08

I stayed at Military bases, air force/etc if it is just an normal craft how come it has no sound coming from it?

I stayed at Military bases, air force/etc if it is just an normal craft how come it has no sound coming from it?
Gliders? There are "aircrafts" that make no sound and they are moving so slowly that they look exactly like that to me.
