I wrote "freedom of speech DOES mean"...notice how there's no "NOT" after "DOES"?

It's fine, but even if you don't like what someone is saying you should still read the whole post. In my case if you had, you'd have known the point and stance being made even if there HAD been a typo.

I'm an American, and I'm not racist and neither are any of my friends or my extended family. To prove it, I can tell you honestly that the best man at my own wedding was black and if anyone present so much as whispered the N word, everyone else would have had his back, and he was the only black guy there.

His name was Leroy and we even offered fried chicken on the buffet and no one said anything or gave him so much as a second glance when he helped himself to seconds.

I say "was" only because, for reasons that I cannot really fathom for the life of me, we didn't see too much of good 'ol Leroy after that. In fact the last time I saw him face to face was the very day of the wedding...



Explains Joke: You see, only when the day comes in America, and around the world, that it becomes needless even to draw the distinction in recognition that everyone's a person regardless within the context of the "relativity of human being" will every trace of racism vanish in the twinkling of an eye.

What's FUNNY is the inability to get the joke before the joke gets us, in recognition and epiphany at the utter absurdity of racism at every level, no matter how subtle.

People are far too stupid to achieve this. I'll wager all I have for my future generations we are still arguing about the same old crap in 500 years. The only people who would say anything about the recent winner are most likely those who are in fact ugly theirselves or even possible Middle Eastern terrorists who above all else hate the fact that a beautiful woman will draw the attention away from the man...which the Middle Eastern terrorist hates, the attention being taken away from them, why do you think Middle Eastern women are made to cover their faces?

I think the majority would be pretty hypocritical if they said it was. Most people have laughed at Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, Howard Stern etc. Of course now I've said that on a forum, some idiot will jump in a claim they never have and that it is in fact racist.
