Wow, the same camera artifact in picture after picture, in the same place. Just like a spot on the lens, in the same place, shape, etc, etc...

I'm thinking micro-meteorite impact on the lens or oil. They would have to rule that out first. If the object is that large, then it should distort the solar flares in some way.

The majority think that Jesus is going to come back to save them not aliens.

Yes, of course. I was trying to stay OT. I'm glad you brought up the connection, though. The bottom line is, we as a species don't want to do the work to save our planet. Instead, we look for ghosts and long for death.

all the objects are BEHIND the gas released from the sun.

Notice how everyone trying to "Debunk" you immediately switches to attacking and calling you "too stupid to understand"? Interesting.

That's the second time I've seen that point on ATS recently. If people are chiming in to show how one has gone astray, it doesn't always indicate a sort of cointelpro. It could be genuine concern for someone's mental health. However, it does get confusing around here with all the religious and political interests trying to change minds.

If by majority you mean a small % of the population yes I agree. Most of the world's religion believes Allah is coming back. Christianity is a tiny religion.

I apologize I wasn't trying to insinuate cointelpro. I was more musing on the automatic personal attack mode they engage in when he doesn't automatically bend over to what they're saying.

Um, no, sorry. I hold a degree in Atmospheric Physics and Dynamics and I had to do enough studying of the Sun to tell you that it absolutely rotates in his .gif.

I see the same kind of unmoving lens speck that pictures I've taken with my own camera can get. Very likely a teeny tiny spec of debris in the optical path IN the camera, not outside it. The spinning picture clearly shows it's stationary within the tech, not outside it. As far as the flare picture goes, that sure looks like it's behind the object in question to me, not over it.

If it was something in the solar system, it would show evidence of transit. Growing in size, shrinking, moving away, moving closer. This is easy enough to see from Earth with other planets, this object would show the same movements. Meaning, it would move rather than stay perfectly stationary in the exact same spot in relation to the sun.

unless it was of intelligent design and was made to stay in one spot.

Then you would be wrong. Just because someone else who is uneducated on the issue agrees with you doesn't make your wrong assumption correct.

One of 1st things I learned in World Religions is that Islam is the fastest growing religion. Where did you read that it is now bigger than Christianity?

It's because they don't hide their frustrations. I just have some valerian root tea and then ask myself what I can do to help solve the situation.

I outright refuse to believe that some members, whom I thought are capable of logic, think the opposite of what´s the case. Clearly OP is right and what drowned in the discussion as far as I read (could not take the thinking thoughts any more).

Fact: The black not-so-round circle you see in the picture rotates with the camera it´s not dynamic so that it rotates with the sun while the camera (satellite) moves. It rotates with the camera. Otherwise it would stand still.

Fact: An artifact, let it be a faulty pixel on the imager or a spec of dirt in between the imager and the outer lense -including the surface of the outer lens- always rotates with the imager/lens/camera/satellite)

Fact: The satellite spins on his own axis, OP corrected this by correcting the images rotation to a fixed point.

I challenge EVERYONE here who thinks this is an artifact that is produced by or within the camera for this simple test. You need:

-A sheet of acryl glas or simply the transparent part of a CD case.
-A black marker
-A light bulb on the ceiling or any direct light source from above

How-To: Draw a big circle in the middle of the CD case. Now make a little cross at any position you like. This is your spec on the lense. Make a little cross beside the light source this is the orb like in the animation. Turn on the ceiling light. Hold the CD case between your hands so that you can see through. Hands up and rotate under the light source while holding it between you and the light source. Rotate and think. Compare to the animation.

Be "enlighted" and bath in amazement

Caution, you might look silly doing it.

If you made it this far, reading it all and even took the spin under the bulb I apologize for this epic fail. Although I was misguided by altered images.

I am not sure where you get your statistics from, but they are not based in fact. Christianity is the largest religion on the planet.

It's not larger than Christianity.

There are various exact percentages depending on the source, but for the most part the breakdown is:

33% Christianity
22% Islam
14% Hindu
6% Buddhism
and various other smaller religions/belief in no religion filling out the rest

here is one source:
chartsbin.com...

and another:
en.wikipedia.org...

and another:
www.religioustolerance.org...

All sources are slightly different, but basically the same numbers.

Hey guy, this was already done in a gif in this very thread and it clearly proved that it is an image artifact. Thanks for playing. Who looks silly now?

??? More than confused now, if my "facts" are right and the blacked out part is stationary within the image and the camera spins then I dare to say no.
In response to your edit: I do.

You are looking at it wrong. The sun rotates in the image because he doesn't know what he is doing.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

What you need to do is look at your CD case and turn with it while the light-bulb moves in your circle. That is what his happening in his gif.

Damn it I can explain why I thought this.
OP, did you stretched the images too? Because in the single images (the source) the blacked out circle is round, in the OPs animation it is uneven, thus led me to believe that the blacked out part rotates with the camera and is uneven from the start.

OP said only thing he did was aligning and cropping, but for me cropping does not affect aspect ratio.

.....Thus, my logic based on the input I got is till right

edit on 20-8-2013 by verschickter because: (no reason given)

And to be honest, while reading the first sentences of the thread I thought, okay now he presents all facts and at the end he shows it is an artifact that was there from the start (like it apparently is) but got caught because the thing had a wobble so you have a fixed uneven point to orientate. Looking at the single images unaltered its bright as daylight that it is a spec.

As much as i would like for it to be some sort of alien object i'm going to go with spec on lens.
