At first I was disagreeing with you Topsy but then I watched other videos with Mark Potok and I do have to say all the ones I see do look weird. It almost like he doesn't fit the backgrounds.

I have never heard of or seen this person before but the video in the OP features
an avatar or animated artificial representation of a human being. his mouth movements
are un-natural throughout and the whole presentation screams artificiality.
whether he is a real person who has had this 'cartoon' made especially or whether
he is completely generated is irrelevant. what is relevant is that we are witnessing
media fakery in the clip in question.
but I suspect he is unreal and is a generated character based on special effects man
himself George lucas.

please post a video of mark pot-ok interacting with others on camera, if you will,
or if you can. or anyone else?

this must be an earlier rendition of the character, and that is what I am
convinced he is at this stage.

look at the state of the pasted-in nose!

there are many mentions online that mark pot-ok looks like an ewok, you
guessed it, from the George lucas movies star wars.
