I appreciate where you are coming from, If you read my previous posts I tend to agree with you that something bad is afoot and I believe your endgame could be sooner than later.
Again I reiterate, when they have the control to the extent that they do, what can be gained by creating anarchy on the streets. Interning any armed protestors into prison camps. Do they actually plan to dwindle the population of the planet now the technology is around so a workforce isn't needed.
Less mouths to feed, an elite population with advance technology to cater for their needs.
Most lower classes will be expendable those kept alive will be slave labour.
A truly frightening scenario.

They plan to kill the work in America, bring it to a halt for a few weeks. Anarchy follows. Under Obamacare the whole grid will shut down and people wont be able to get medical help.

Not just America, this is worldwide. If they did this just in the US countries around the world would try to intercede.
No matter what you think the rest of the world may feel toward the US, no one likes what appears to be going on.
Our civil rights are being taken away everyday, the same is happening here in Australia, but to a lesser extent.
Australia has become a a nanny state, we are not allowed to think for ourselves. Naturally the sheeple love this as they are being entertained. They love being told what to eat and drink, what clothes to wear, what TV to watch etc.
The Media and advertising run by TPTB, paid for by the banks control everything we do. We are too reliant on gizmos and entertainment, my internet went down last night and for 15 minutes I was inconsolable. So many things I needed to do onlne I couldn't do. Which made me think, how could they hit us the hardest now that we are addicted to the net and smart phones. Answer is the world would be crippled without the internet, and moreso if thet cut the electricity grid. That is how they will cripple us in the beginning.

Why a dirty bomb??? Why are you so sure about that method?

Actually, scratch that. I guess I can see the logic behind it after all. At first I was thinking that the casualty rate would be too low but that really wouldn't matter too much since the effect would really just be the "kickoff" so to speak. The real numbers would start to rise as "the people" started killing each other off fighting for food, water, etc.

If this scenario were to play out what would the government do if they saw the people doing better than ever before? That could happen if reasonable minds were influencing at all levels of society so wouldn't that say a lot about the resiliency of Americans? If only.

If this hypothetical anarchy were to take away welfare I can see chaos unfortunately. The government created this beast and they know how to ride it well to get where they want to be (on top and in power). Some would be hurt if they were to pull their funding but that would be a blessing in disguise (reset motivation, responsibility, reality). Two weeks wouldn't be enough time for people to realize this though.
