Thanks to all that has responed on this important question. I hope I have opend a few minds or made people smile (or even angry!) all emotion is good and it is good to question things in life. This is what God has wanted us as a people to do, so that Satan and its views do not falter you as a people.

Life is always about changing, in the 20s people only knew so much, in the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s there was so much distraction that Satan has put in our paths to occupy us with a load of bull.

Good thing Our God is stronger than It, because now the whole human race is and will be going through a period of enlightment.

You will read/hear/see alot of bull, but then you will also find through all this crap that the truth is there mixed up with it or not but you cannot dismiss any info without isnspecting it firsthand yourself and re inspect and re study so then you yourself as a people can find out if it is real or fake.

This is real life people, your life and my life is at stake here in this world that is played out by another higheracrhy force which will stop at nothing to rob, steal, rape, mentaly disturb and ultimately destroy you by all means nescceary.

Like I said before God is good and has the answer, this scum that is making us and the earth we live in a negative place will be stopped, by God and the helpers who are on the side of light/good/truth.

Have hope, have faith, believe becuase it does not matter if you do or if u dont, God will always be there for you. Question is will you be there for God?

(Oh by the way Im not in any religeion or a freemason or hold any affliation with any group or orginazation, I ride for the light/good/truth.)

Well, since there is no evidence that god exists, then this is a pointless question.
However, since most christian/muslim/jewish fundamentalists believe that their holy books are to be taken literally, this must mean that they believe that god is a man. What god would need balls and a willie for, I cant imagine.

I love you! YOu can pray to anything you want, that will always be heard! I pray my own soul and it works, really it works so much I can feel it deep down inside my heart! Father is just an expression in the bible because they had to put an image to it! Males ego's are sooooo big!!!!!
BY the way, I'm not christian so the bible for me, does not represent my beleifs at all! I'm a deeply spiritual person, I practice meditation and I get contact with the higher energies, that is good for ME

Yeah-- baby! It sure is tiresome carrying around that old 'original sin', and being biblically blamed for all the woes of the world.

It seems to me that people were originally pagan, and nobody was that keen to point the divine finger of judgement at the opposite sex. Then, Christianity reared it's head and 'God's' been male ever since. And the bible's been written and interpreted to keep women in their place, IMO.

Doesn't seem right somehow.

Especially since I can't see that Christ was a misogynistic, pious creep passing judgement on the masses-- from any of his teachings in the bible, anyway.

So therefore in my opinion, since I refer to god on a personal level as both mother and father , depending on certain moods of mine, God is both male and female.

First of all, the original post mentioned that it was once said that it was "impossible to reach the moon, but now look at us". (Sorry for the innaccurate paraphrase) This a conspiracy theory website, I wish I had a link to something about the theory of the lunar landing hoax. Sorry to debunk that argument, but I love doing it!

As for the question of whether God could possibly be a woman, I don't have a whole lot to say on that. I'm agnostic and believe everything is a possibility. To me it actually seems more plausible than God being a man, it just seems like mothers play more of a creating role in people's lives, if that makes any sense. However, it's just an idea. It's possible, though.

"He lives in unapproachable Light," is what the apostle Paul said.
"You cannot see me and live," is what He told Moses.

But, as for His nature: He contains all the elements of our experience. He is male because He has a strong will; She is female because She has an open, probing mind. His WILL dominates, so He's primarily a He.

That's my take on what God is like. I think He's cool.

God is spirit ... neither male nor female.

However, most of us Christians call God 'Father' because
Jesus told us to. I guess He told us to use the term
'Father' because a Father is the head of the family
(at least the father used to be) so he used a term
the people could relate to and understand.
