I'm intrigued by the idea, but it could never be confirmed.
What if we are not seeing our own past lives but random lives of everyone?
I think the feeling of "knowing" is confirmation for each individual. And in the case studies done by Dr. Weiss, and also, Robert Monroe, have documented proof that the people and areas described did actually exist.
But, I suppose unless it happens to you, it would be hard to say it is a truth.
I think it is a personal truth we each have to experience to confirm our own belief.

I have attempted this a couple of times and both resulted in some serious power naps. I don't know if I just get thrown back into the classroom, you know that one teacher who always wanted to use the over head projector and turn the lights off as he doled out a monotone presentation? I don't think chewing gum and sucking down caffiene drinks is the answer but I can't think of anything else at this point. I'm open to suggestions if anyone had the same problem and found a way around it.

But that does not confirm that we actually lived those lives ourselves, although the fact that it always concerns deceased people, and that the reincarnated often look like the deceased does give us this idea.

My spiritual experiences are spread out all over ATS; I could write a book.
I have my regression posted here somewhere.
I'm glad I gave you something to think about.

Are there any other PLR videos out there with next to no speaking going on? I personally find this guy's constant chatter utterly & immensely distracting from the end goal.
Apologies if I inadvertently insulted anyone saying that, but I simply cannot concentrate on doing anything while he rambles, thus breaking my concentration every time I get a good grasp on it after a speaking pause.
Here is one that takes you to your most recent past life. He talks a lot too, but his voice is lower. Maybe they all have talking. IDK.

I have far more experience in this area than you might expect. I have seen past events in broad daylight and eyes wide open without any hypnosis.
This is something to be experienced as you cannot understand by words.

This sounds like something I experienced several years back. I was fully conscious at a fireworks show when it suddenly looked like two things were playing out at once. I saw the fireworks and heard the crowd "oohing and ahhing" over them, but I also could see endless sand dunes. A scene played out before me, where I could feel my thoughts in that scene, and even feel bullet impacts (felt like blunt punches that moved me slightly) as I was shot several times. I somehow knew I was falling to the ground and dying, as everything got dark, swirly and slowed way down.
I was here, and I was there. I was at the fireworks show, and I felt myself dying in the sands of Africa. Very confusing and disconcerting as well. Is this somewhat like what you meant? As near as I can place this "vision" or whatever it was I had, it was World War II in Africa. The uniforms of the men who ran toward me look like American uniforms from that time, so it would suggest that I was German. This could also explain why I love the sound of German being spoken.
Any thoughts on this?

When I get a chance I will try this out and post my results for you.
I can't do it now, cause the timing isn't right, but I am curious as always
I modded couple of special chats with him through JVP's site many years ago.
He is really good at what he does!
I totally respect the man.

Scribe611, you continue to amaze me! Your third eye must be wide open to have the experiences you do!
I have read some of your other posts in different threads, including Sled's paranormal thread. Fantastic!
Just fantastic!
And that past life you saw was "out of this world"! (pun intended)
Thank you for continuing to share your experiences with all of us.
