Well, are you going to try the session here? I would be interested to see if you get the same thing...

or you might even remember a different life besides that one.

I think I'd like to give this one a try, but it won't be until this weekend. I will update everyone with what I discover. Things that require medication and a lot of concentration rarely ever work for me. I just don't have that much focus.

It took to around 30:00 minutes in the video before i saw anything but i saw possible myself around some unknown mountains with Clouds above and i was wearing some type of Armor. In addition i was holding two kids one in front of me and the other hanging on to my back like how you would if you had passengers with you riding a horse.

So, tapa, how do you prepare yourself for this? I have been on my own path of questioning all of my adult life. I know the answers come in time and lessons and test, it seems. My best description would be a spiral staircase, with landings periodically. I am climbing stairs, learning lessons, trudging on and stop at a landing. Sometimes that landing lasts for years and I forget some of the lessons as I was climbing, but I start to climb again. In this strange lighthouse of my mind.

Here is an informative article that tells why it's good to do past-life regression:

Read more here:
thespiritguides.co.uk...

Generally it's my observation that people mostly experience karma in daily life. So the inner filter contained within the causal body projects this energy into the situations we manifest. It might happen within relationships for example. So now one's relationships are filtered and interfered with because of this karmic energy. The frustrating thing is that you don't necessarily see it. You'll often experience some form of disharmony without realising why?

Karma is the cause of an incarnation. That's why if you're to successfully process it, the most essential thing is to accept we create all the disharmonious circumstances in our lives exactly because of the karmic energy we've stored. So we have to take ownership for what takes place in our lives, confront it and work with it, in order to advance through that blockage.

You can also of course regress people through their karmic past lives which tends to speed up the process greatly. It can speedily remove disharmony in life and accelerate the Ascensionary process. Although it's my observation that it's best not to force karma, because that could leave a person processing wave upon wave of it when they might not yet be ready for the intensity of experience. For certainty, Crossing the Red Sea of Karma is no joy ride (although the liberating expansion on the other 'bank' most definitely is!).

The most important reason for being here, is to find the work we came to do, which means often making improvements and overcoming past errors, karma, and/or reaching our loved ones in critical times for them to progress, teamwork. And this is why not only past life regression but deep regression therapy in general is good, and meditation, to get under the hood, for both this awareness, to really make shortcuts on the process, to handle life better, and for healing as well. If some consider it cheating the reality is these are tools we're allowed to use, if we are seekers.

Wow, this is the best description I've ever seen. It's like I move ahead in my learning, then get caught up in a treadmill with life's issues, forgetting that if I just look up, I'll see a way out. Then suddenly I remember I was going somewhere, and away I go. Not unlike when I enter a room now and can't remember why I'm there. Sometimes it takes me a while to figure that out... LOL!

That's kind of where I'm at right now. Been on that treadmill for a long time, and now I'm ready to move forward again. Reading others' posts on here is one way I do that... looking for answers from those who have personal experience and comparing theories on a variety of subjects.

I'm rediscovering my love of meditating and "mind journeys" again. I think I've visited several past lives that way; listening to soft ambient music and burning my favorite incense, then just closing my eyes and shutting off the monkey mind for a while.

Thanks for posting!

im kinda like you , though not with visions or dreams its more a fear or sometimes a smell.

i have a fear of sharks and crocodiles yet i have not seen either and i hope i never do. it also takes 3 people to give me eye drops, two to hold me down and a third to put in the drops., i cant even stand anyone pointing their finger towards my eyes, i cringe and tears start streaming down my cheeks.

i also have a fear of loss of fingers.
surly these fears come from somewhere, but i cant recall anything from this life that could cause these fears.

and on the odd occasion ill pick up a smell that i know but cant figure out how i know it.

maybe its past life thing i don't know.

Love and harmony

My father was fascinated by airplanes all of his life... He knew all there was to know of them. The only catch was that you would have to knock him out to get him to board one ...

You would have to knock me out to get me on a plane too, although I've never flown.

I used to have dreams (?) of being on a plane that was crashing. The dream continued a little further each time.
The last time I had this dream, I was walking out to board it. It was a smaller white private plane that held maybe 15 or 20 people. I woke up before I stepped on the ladder.

At least now I know what the plane looked like. If I ever do have to fly (emergency only!), I'll know not to get on a smaller white plane, just in case it was not a past life memory, but a prophetic warning.

My past life was a bit fuzzy

I could remember my childhood experience and in-Utero time just fine, but my past life kept changing form,I was never one specific person

Could this mean I am my first incarnation?

I'm a little nervous to try this. I am going to. Before I do, I have had recurring dreams that always felt like past life memories. One was a death, shot 3 times in the chest in front of a cafe.

Another is from atlantis. It is much more emotional and less concrete. There is an enormous weight of karma from this experience. I see a huge pyramid, with light shining from the top. I always think high priestess, but that's the only part that feels feminine. I get the impression that my actions had a lot to do with the collapse of the civilization.

Yeah, so I might be a little scared of facing the karma of a ruined civilization.

I'll try it when I get time. I am not afraid, but nervous about it.

What is the furthest back anyone has been able to see?

It could be that you have several lives blending in together. Keep practicing and maybe it will become clearer.

Thanks for sharing with us.

That sounds VERY interesting!
I'll be interested in your results!

I think you can go back as far as you allow yourself to go. If memory serves me correctly, there are a few on this thread that went back to the days Jesus walked the earth, and another that saw themselves living in a cave during the "cave man days".

Please let us know how it goes. And if it doesn't work as well as you expect, just keep practicing.

Ack. Just tried this regression thing, I opened the door onto an English Summer Garden type set-up, a large well kept garden/field with a group of trees at the bottom and a river which I couldn't see, but I knew it was there. A woman sat by an iron table (painted white) she is drinking tea. I'm wearing boots with leg wrappings, 1st WW style. She doesn't see me arriving, as I approach she turns and sees me, leaps up, arms wide. She is dark haired, about shoulder length, with stunning green eyes, she is my wife. She is the same energy as my partner today. I opened my eyes then, cause I felt I just couldn't be there. Also I was crying my eyes out.
The trip, the journey to there - the past memory this life was interesting. Something I had not thought about in such a long time - the fields of heather, my mum, I had a pony called Spangle. I must have been about 3 or 4. And the feeling of such freedom - walking these heather laden fields with a bucket that was too big for a small me to carry with horse food in it, I wore these yellow boots that would squelsh with every step... OMG, that feeling of freedom and of innocence.. that's the word, innocence, was just wonderful. (And I'm crying again)

The pre-birth experience - I was aware of fluid around and within me and I was very aware of the state of no-breath. It was fun, I had the feeling of bubbling excitement, I felt as though I couldn't wait to be born. However, when I was born, I was born at 26 weeks (always rushing, I am!) all I was aware of was my grandmother and mum crying, thinking I was going to die. I was placed in a drawer with a sheet around me, the doctor gave me no chance. After I gave out a cry, I was rescued by my gran... and I came away from that experience.

So, yeah. Thank you for this OP. An interesting little experience that turned out to be. Cheers!

I recently tried out one of those guided past life regression videos (because I had nothing better to do).

Had a funny story come about - I was a priest of some sort, in Egypt. Lived my whole life in a temple I knew every corner of while I was having this vision. We worked on the dead - embalming, wrapping...it was funny because I seemed to remember strange ways we pulled out body parts.

The real weird part is that I was a man, and I was gay. Not overtly, but secretly. I was sleeping with the head priest when young. It seemed I related to him as a sort of father figure, but actually ended up killing him later, in order to take his position! There was a mix of admiration and resentment present. I was a rather sour personality as an elder, became powerful, but there was an ever present paranoia and suspicion of others doing to me what I had done to my predecessor. -Which wasn't without reason because someone did, eventually.

Pretty detailed "memories". Perhaps I once read a story like that, which I don't consciously remember?
I've always thought I wouldn't mind a job in which I had to work with cadavers, I feel a certain sacredness about that.
Whether that current interest helped form the imaginary story, or if it is a past life which influenced that feeling, I have no idea, and don't care to establish an opinion either way.

But while I was in this state, I found myself reflecting on why this would be relevant to my life now, what sorts of things might I be trying to do differently? I felt it was extreme ambition which I lost control of back then, and I wanted another try at reining that in, in order to have a more pleasurable, love filled life. Hence my "fear of success" as my mom like to call it? LOL!

Whether these things are true past lives or not is less important than the way they can influence us now, even if they might be imaginary, or just "tuning in" to memories of humans that were not exactly our self, but more like accessing records in a library. There might be a reason our subconscious checks out those particular records or creates that story.

That's so true, Bluesma. The important thing is "getting" the message that will help us move forward in this life and overcome past mistakes.
That was great, and I think it could very well be a past life memory because of your feelings of it relating to your success/fear of success in this life. Real, or not, you got the message.

Thank you for sharing with us!
